Regions Bank Harrison Ave, Panama City

I like coming to this bank because it's very small. They usually have two tellers available at all times and they usually have 2 to 3 bankers available at all times so services are really fast. I never really have to stand in line more than 5 minutes and be in the bank more than 10 minutes maximum. They usually have fresh coffee inside. They have handicap parking right in front and handicap access.

For some reason, this branch always takes FOREVER to get people though the drive through no matter how many people are in it. It’s almost like they all have a lunch break every time I’m here. I can’t even get to the ATM without having to wait for the person waiting to be serviced at the window to move through. It’s the most inconvenient bank I’ve ever experienced. Don’t come here

The drive thru is averaging 5 min per vehicle and that is a generous number. We are 5th vehicle and have been waiting 25 min. Vehicle 4 is still waiting. This is ridiculous

For potential customers or business that might think about accepting a Regions check... DON'T do it. I have a small business & accepted a check written on a Regions account, took my license & paperwork to the bank because I needed to cash the check & they would not honor it unless I opened a business account @ Regions. I left Regions years ago because of fees & love my Credit Union now because of shenanigans like this. So it may cause my customers a little incovenience, even cost me a job or two, but I will let it be known up front, on my contracts, that I will not accept payment drawn on a Regions account because the bank refuses to honor the checks.

If they don't know what they're doing, better not Do ... I went there last month to cancel a check that was in hold and they canceled it ... they put a stop payment, I need documentation to verify that this was done and according to them they cannot give it to me ... I lost a check for $ 525 because of their bad work ... worst bank ever

Best Regions location. The tellers are the best.
