I use to love this CU. But beware, I made a deposit a good amount and they took it upon them selves to spend my money how they saw fit. Then held the rest of the funds for 7 days. Needless to say they left me stranded in another town. Thank you for being my owner and spending my money. So you DO NOT have control over your own accounts. Then a Vic texts me on my private phone. Texts me like a child. Doesnt even have the decency to pick up the phone dial the number and talk to me like a real human let alone a banking professional. This place is run by a bunch of children. If you cant give me the decency of a phone call then do t expect any respect back!!! You need better manners and learn professionalism!!!!

EXTREMELY unprofessional. I should not have to call you 6 times and wait a week for a problem to get fixed. Trish and Alexandria have no idea how to do their jobs. Notes were supposed to be made yet I had to explain everything multiple times. Trish then proceeded to cut me off, interrupt me and raise her voice. This is the worst way I’ve ever been treated. So much for customer service. If I could give no stars I would. Closing my account and going elsewhere.

If your looking to get a auto loan don't do it with innovations go somewhere else . When times get hard and u need to defer a payment not going to happen they want you to pay then they will but if u could do that why would you need it in the first place . I put 2000 in my truck and I'm behind one month + 100 so 342 total and they say I have to pay it before they can . Anywhere else would do it to help u out they want . And most of the time I payed more then what was my payment . They just want to repo your vehicle .
