My family and I have a business on Pensacola Beach and this is the closest Regions to us. I have been trying to get on as a signer to the accounts for 3 months. This particular Regions is absolutely no help. They always refer you to an agent, Candice Ford, who is always doing something else and when you do get a minute of her time she is worthless. Candice makes you come in for everything and treats you as if you are an after thought if you can’t schedule during business hours. We are trying to start and operate a business and our biggest hold up is Candice Ford and Regions bank.

Thank you for great customer service! I showed up at closing time and needed a wire transfer for a home closing. They stayed open for me. While standing there I had to make a phone call to the title company and they still worked with me patiently. Thank you for your great service, it didn't go unnoticed.

Great customer service and fast in the lobby. Had to do a wire transfer and even though they were busy they stopped what they were doing and helped all of the people in the lobby first.

Been a customer for many years , love the staff at all Regions in the area but Candiace at this location really helped me out!
