Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Gulf Breeze Pkwy, Gulf Breeze

BOA @ Gulf Breeze has offered me excellent service for both my business and personal accounts for over 8 years. I rarely write reviews but I want to say that I've got the best experiences working with all the staff in this BOA branch compared to those in any other banks(branches). After being away for a while, I felt like returning home during my most recent visit, especially appreciating the friendly and efficient service from Melissa.

Poor Customer Service Waitied 30 min before I decided to ask someone if they where going to help us.. Manager finaly came out and was able to assist us...

Has to be the most sorry excuse for a bank. One star is too much but I could not leave none. When you need to use your card it won't work .the. The bank cannot override an computer that is in error. They are closing branches and the ones that are open are full of angry people waiting forever in line. Customer service blows. Other than that I highly recommend them. I'm not referring to the staff at this bank they are great . I'm talking about the company they work for.

Most of the time this branch is closed, open late at 10:am. There is no drive through. The branch molded, needs renovation. No enough tellers. When there is a long the other employee don’t come and help. Local banks when they are busy the branch manager helps in.

Awful. Opened bank account and they closed it 5 days later without notifing me. Haven't even got my card yet. I called and asked why and they said they couldn't "disclose why they closed it" but I'm more than welcome to open another account with them. I'll definitely be going to a different bank

Thanks amy brown, for ur help. I paid for a rental condo on the beach, n it was all a scam, i went into the branch n amy took the time to make a bunch of phonecalls so i could get refunded about 1500bucks otherwise my payment would ve went to the scamers,

I opened an account with this bank in 1991 when I moved to Gulf Breeze and have continued to be a BOA customer after my move to Tennessee with a new job. My parents moved to Florida while I lived here and opened an account with this bank. They were unpleased and moved to another bank due to some altercation they felt was unreasonable. Today, I called and explained that I was a customer of BOA and needed to get some papers notarized for my parents. They told me that my parents would have to be customers of BOA to have their signatures notarized. Really? To witness signatures when they have valid drivers license, passports, etc? I guess I'll drive my elderly parents farther away to their bank (GB branch is closed so we'll have to go to Pcola) with my father only 3 weeks out from a big back surgery. Thanks BOA for nothing. I've stayed with BOA because I mostly do on-linebanking and it's easier not to change, but now I'm not so sure.....

I have been enjoying the service here since I opened my accounts three years ago. The bankers and tellers are all very courteous and helpful. I particularly appreciate Jeane, Susan, and Amy whom I have worked with many times.

been there 2 times --terrible service-last time i was adding my wife to my account --was told we did not have an appointment .. so we would have to wait 20-30 min because someone else had a appointment but they had to wait until they did or did not show. really???? and i wanted to make a cash deposit and the atm would not take a 100.00 bill so i went to the teller and she said she would swap the bill so i could get the atm to accept it--i said can't you just do the deposit...her response was she would have to fill out the deposit slip and i should just go back to the atm

I had the WORST help here. The ladies were rude, there was one customer at the window and I still stood in line for over 15 minutes. I was told the branch didn't carry enough money to cash a 7000.00 check. Said it would take 2 weeks to get the funds available! HORRIBLE SERVICE! MANAGERS WERE RUDE AND HAD NASTY ATTITUDES!
