Do not use this bank..horrible system. This bank is so slow. 10 days hold when you deposit a small check . Never seen a bank this slow..will close this bank out after they released my money. Phone rep is rude.

Deposited check in amount usual with our banking procedures they then put hold on check with no phone # to contact them at. All other Regions branches have always deposited check without hold. Inability to talk with bank via phone unacceptable. Been Regions customer for 20 plus years. Not recommend this branch for service.

If you want to be left waiting for a personal banker for anything simple this where to come to. Waiting over 30-40 mins and I am the only one in the lobby!!

This place sucks, please look at the reviews. This is the worst banking experience I've had in my life. When I first opened the account online, I had my direct deposit sent here, they wouldnt give me money out of my account because I hadn't signed some paper. Then the teller was rude stating "when you open an online account you should always go to a branch" like it was my fault.. I've actually never had to go to a branch after opening and online account. Two weeks later they blocked online access to my account for making a mobile deposit??? It's 2 months later and after 2 trips to this branch in which I have had to wait for over an hour and multiple phone calls I still do not have access to online banking. Not to mention, the $200 bonus for signing up never came. I would avoid this branch and really this bank all together, save yourself the headache. I'll be closing my account as soon as possible.

Horrible customer service. Assistant manager opens account gives me incorrect temporary checks. I wrote this check out which was consider unopened account. Than Wells Fargo closed my account it's like writing a check on unopened account. Basically she gave me a check for an account that wasn't opened. And nothing for my Opened account caused fees which they resolved but when I called or emailed no response. They didn't want to take responsibility for mess they caused.

Just got back from making a Credit Card payment at this branch. When I went up to the teller, first thing she advised me was to remove my baseball cap, stating it was a new rule in effect. I complied with her request. During my checkout, I notice another couple walk up to another teller. One of these customers was also wearing a baseball cap, but the teller assisting him did NOT advise him to remove his hat. I feel discriminated against. Regions has just lost me as a customer. I'd rate them zero Stars if it was an option.
