    I love getting treated like a criminal when I come in this Bank. Just because I'm wearing a hat does not mean I'm going to rob your bank. I especially liked that your teller told me that she doesn't enforce that for her customers; only for non-customers even though you have as much information on me as one of your customers when I provide my ID. The people at this bank are rude and nasty.

    Lobby closes an hour EARLY so when you try to cash a check that's from REGIONS BANK they deny you. Stating you must come inside even though you are staring directly in a camera and their face at the drive thru window with ID and so on. They were not polite about it either. Typical desk agent that loves telling the public NO, and to shove it, gave my check back to me and walked away with a smerk. But it always comes back around it will happen to them one day, somewhere, and the shoe on the other foot is never FUN!

    Cant put zero star ,thats why i put 1,they never can help you with anything, much better if they close the doors ,manager dont know how to manage a thing,dont really know how can get a position like that,i think regions put anyone they find on the street to work there ,"staff" omg i wont even start with these kind ,for me as i can see here reviews with 5 stars im sure is from the MEDIOCRE "STAFF" that work in this location. As i said above better off shut the door from this location instead waste money with those incompetent people.

    every time i go to Regions to deposit checks or to do anything fincance related, i'm always treated with such kindness from the employees. They are all very helpful and even if they can't help with what i'm looking for, they are still nice about it!

    This location has no clue about customer service! Takes 5 minutes for them to answer after you press the call button. Then you still wait another 8 minutes for them to apologize for the wait... still waiting for my deposit receipt Redicolus

    Worst bank ever in general once a problem goes to "corporate" nothing and I mean nothing can be done . I think I could qualify for a job with them "there is nothing we can do ☺" must be a qualifying phrase. In short "very short" my construction business has been put on hold for the next week even after funds were verified from the customers account... rent, helpers , gas and even my child's birthday are ruined they canceled my debit cards and guess what ... "there is nothing we can do ☺" thanks for the unnecessary hassle and useless excuse of a banking institution I dont wish this aggravation on anyone

    Took an hour of my day to go in to order a new debit card. Because it was a business account you must physically go to a branch. 3 weeks later still no card. After calling Regions and waiting on hold for 15 mind the rep said no card had been ordered and I would have to go back into a branch again. Awesome.

    The NorthPark branch staff and manager are excellent. They provide top notch service even in the midst of a pandemic. I refer all of my top clients and family to this branch. :)

    Every time I go there they are always nice and even know me by name. Been with them for a few yrs now and never any problems
