Regions Bank Barataria Blvd, Marrero

Drive through extremely slow. Was there for 25min no service. So i left. Will be closing all accounts Monday when i get back to Baton Rouge.

Opened up an account to find out they gave me 2 different checking accounts numbers. Had money deposit with the account number off of the checks they gave me to find out it belongs to someone else. Been getting the run around with trying to figure out how could they make such a mistake and to send the funds back to the other party for them to issue out a check. No response from branch manager or anyone. It's been 3 weeks now.

Typing this review as I sit in the drive thru. Been sitting here for a freaking hour, with only 3 cars ahead of me!! Somethings gotta change with this bank or else I'm closing up shop and taking my business elsewhere. Terrible service!

DO NOT BANK WITH REGIONS they allowed a scam artist to wipe my bank account out! . After calling them and they acted like they would investigate it and get me back my money, I get a letter stating how's there's nothing they can do. After several attempts of talking to regions they told me I would have to Contact the scam artist to get my money back. WE ALL KNOW THAT ISN'T HAPPENING. WHAT A JOKE. I'VE CLOSED MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIETLY. People bank elsewhere!!! They don't protect your money.

The drive-up atms are rarely in service. Very inconvenient. It's also outdated.

Is there a rating lower than 1 There is no management oversight or management does not care. I go at different times and there is hardly ever more that 2 tellers working I wish someone would look at the ratings for this branch and do something

I called like 50 times in a day. They never answer the phone, this branch is terrible!

Don't go here. They don't even deserve 1 star. They took money that wasn't even in my account made me overdrawn $664.20 and I had signed a paper to ensure my account would never be overdrawn and when I got my check today which is now $825.00 they took all but $180 which I can't touch up to 72 hours cause THEY over drew my account to pay SSI and didn't fix it on their mistake and they're blaming social security who didn't touch the money.. We went back to the social security office like Regions told us to and when we came back with what we needed a lady named Crystal was in the middle of helping us out when another lady the manager Annette rudely interrupted her and kicked us out. Regions steals your money and it's my only income from social security. SSI Owes them not me. That's who they gave this invisible money to from a dead man's bank account now charging me now that I'm alive any finally getting my income.

Do not bank with this branch, there were 10 of us in line and they left one cashier open and the branch manager was there and walked out and told us all "we can not open another cash register so you will have to wait" meanwhile the branch manager and the other three people who were in offices and cubicles were standing around goofing off and laughing at each other while the 10 of us were in line.. I will never use this bank again and i strongly recommend those to use the westbank expy location in gretna and Wall blvd locations they are phenomenal and go out their wait to make sure customers comes first
