I came from the Seminole branch and I have had to come into this branch a couple times for a few different reasons needing help and Jacob Moss has taken such great care of any and all issues I’ve had. Michael is very helpful as well. They have a really great referral program that offers current and new customers a reward for opening a account. I’ve been banking with Regions for years now and I would have to say I’ve been very happy with the Customer Service.

Today I stopped at this Regions location. I usually go to the New Port Richey location, but was in the area. Horrible experience! Only 1 cashier working both the lobby and the drive thru. waited on line 10 minutes with only 1 customer ahead of me. Got to the counter and wanted to withdraw a nice amount of money from my account. Was told it would have to be given to me in 20's because that was all they had. Really this is a bank, you have nothing larger than a 20? So I left without anything. I will not use this location again and continue using my New Port Richey location!!! very disappointed.

We just opened a couple of accounts here and their branch manager and financial consultant are amazing and so helpful! They made the whole process easy and comfortable! I would give them 5 stars any day! Unfortunately, I just had an experience with them over the phone that was horrendous. I called because my card was temporarily blocked due to suspicious charges. The first gentleman I talked to was very nice, although the number he gave me to call Apple was wrong. After figuring out what happened by calling Apple, I called back to get my card fixed so I could get some gas for my car. the first woman I spoke to I believe her name was Adriana I am not sure but I told her what happened and she asked me extra security questions and was very cold. I told her I didn't ahve my account number at that moment (because my dog had just escaped and I was cleaning him) and was curious why my social wasn't enough. She responded very rudely that she needed to confirm. I hung up and said I would call back. The second and third woman I talked to were equally as rude. They acted like this was not my card and were acting very suspicious. I was just trying to call and tell them I had it taken care of so I could get gas. Overall, I was almost in tears and very confused and think that maybe a little compassion can go a long way.

Great bank. Haven't had any issues so far. But I'm still fairly new.

I have both a checking and saving account. I set up an automatic transfer to move money each month from my checking to my savings account. One month there were not enough funds in my checking account to move the funds to my savings account on the scheduled day. I was sick and had not been able to make my normal deposit. I went up the there the following day and took care of it. The bank charged me a $36.00 NSF as if I had done a transaction with an outside entity (retail store, vendor, etc) with insufficient funds. So in essence they charged me a NSF when one of my own accounts was short. They refused to waive the fee or do anything about it. So because I didn't have enough in one of my own accounts to move money to another one of my own accounts I was hit with a large NSF fee. I think this is ludicrous. Banks have gone so far overboard with how they assess fees. Needless to say I have shut down my savings account and now in the process of looking for another bank to move my checking account to. Although, I have the feeling all banks are going to operate the same way when it comes to fees.

If I could give them a zero I would.I had a simple question about check cashing. MARK seemed annoyed and transferred me to LAURA who was even more annoyed and rude than he was. I was possibly going to open an account with them but I'll take my business else where.

Worst bank ever. Half the time customer service doesn’t work. Even though you go to their store nothing works. Worst thing they never kept their promises. Michael Haley is the worst representative ever from this branch. Gave me hope for 3 months. Even though I did everything right. Agh the end took my 200 dollars. Please do t open a bank account.
