No one assist me, all the employees pass me look over as if I wasn’t excited. I have to punch my self and look around me as if I was there or I’m a shadow no one see me. I sit down for the longest while. Everyone came after me was taking care of but no one looks at me. I afto get up and leave without any assistance. I will never suggest this location no one now or never in the future. Very disrespectful. People will always be people. I see no change.👎👎👎👎👎

Northside Regions is a disaster! I walked in for a simple transaction with Ruby Christmas and she turned it into a nightmare. I've been a customer with multiple accounts at Regions for over 20 years but unfortunately for Regions, Wells Fargo has taken the lead with customer service and convenience. My advice is to save your time and headache and bank somewhere else.

If I can give a zero star I would. They continue to lose deposits and can’t take deposits at a window from any retail business from what they stated. Always short handed and one teller always messing up deposit or change. This specific teller is always rude and very unprofessional

I got a check from a law firm just a little bit over a $1000 dollars from their account at regions bank , the bank wanted to charge me $20.00 to cash it , I said no the teller got really Smart with me and said maybe you should get an account with us then you won't have to pay in a snotty way . I will never deal with regions again !!

If I could put zero stars, I would. This is the worst bank I have ever seen. The manager is rude and not customer friendly. Even though I have an account with them, they either hold my check until midnight (even though it is dated for the day I took it to the bank) or charge me 1.5 percent to cash it. They said because I am a new customer but that shouldn't matter. Then they put a stamp on my check so I couldn't take it anywhere else to have it cashed. Walmart would have cashed it for 6 dollars but since it had already been stamped by regions, they wouldn't do it. It's not fair when a bank tells me what I can and can't do with my own payroll check. I earned my money, they did not. I will be closing my account on Monday!

they cancelled my bank card without telling me. leaving me stranded out of town without money for food of fuel. When I finally got hold of a human they refused to help.
