Paid off my car 2 years ago and it still has not reflected on my credit im extremely upset about this i also bought and paid off one from midtown motor credit showed within 30 days ...I keep getting we reported it we reported it if so why has it not showed

Don't do it they sell lemons you going to put more money out to fix your car then what the car is worse trust me I had two just returned one never again will I deal with easy finance

I've been working with Dothan Easy for years. Best local used car dealership. If you pay your bill, you will have a great experience. Be sure to let them know what you are wanting upfront and stick with it. They WILL help.

Im gonna start by saying I am a picky customer. If I'm spending thousands of dollars, I have to like what I get. I walked in and was greeted by Jason (sales person). I told Jason what I was looking for and he went to work. We must have looked at 50 different vehicles before I found one I liked. I checked it out on carfax and Kelly blue book. Drove the Ford explorer and settled on it. I worked on deal with these guys for an hour before we had an agreement. They never quit or got aggressive or aggravated. They sat there patiently while I looked up specific info on the truck. In the end, all parties was happy. Truck sounds good and was sold "as is". I pointed out a few small flaws with the truck and they set an apt. To fix it as part of the deal. All in all. I will be returning. These guys was awesome. Thanks again Jason!!!

This place years later has not fallen short of their history. You pretty much bought a car and a mechanic bill. Some of these reviews I believe was when they first got their vehicle. They are not the worst in Dothan but if your not careful the will pretty much sell you a soda can on wheels. All these complaints are not about making payments but bad cst service and lemons. If you work there your review is not credible.

I've bought 2 car's from Mike, the sales mgr & both times he was great. I told him what I was looking for, what I wanted to pay monthly & what I was willing to put down & both times, he found me a great car. Other than wear & tear & maintenance, they both ran great. I first car I gave to my son & the 2nd car I'll give to another son when I buy a truck this year. Easy Finance will be the first place I check when I get ready for a truck.

Said I needed 2k down. Most cars weren't worth but about 3k or 4k and priced well over their value. Ran my credit though they suppose to finance there. Income was showing over 2k a month with 300 a month in bills. Credit score was 660. Still couldn't get a car less I had 2k down. Were suppose to call me back with a ride that would only require 1k down which is what I had the day I visited and was denied

Don’t go here everything got something wrong with it and you tell them about it they try to charge you I had a car for 3 weeks and it was 1.over on oil 2.ignition went out 3.radiator leaks gotta put coolant in every week so literally every week I’ve had the car I’ve found at least one thing wrong with it and they clear the codes so if it doesn’t have a check engine light now I promise you’ll have one it a couple days

I waited along time to post this so I could be nicer ,customer service is a joke. The manager doesn't care about nobody, would not recommend to my worst enemy. From day one had issues with my truck and still having them,replaced 1/2 the upper engine so far. Good luck people and don't be rushed, take your car to a real mechanic to see how it is....

They were aggressively pressuring me from the start to buy as quick as possible, gave me no time to think my options. I asked a salesman for mileage on a specific vehicle I liked and he said “the mileage doesn’t matter, that doesn’t mean it runs better” and didn’t even tell me the mileage or price of the car. How are you expected to buy a car you have 0 information about. He kept telling me I could know everything once he saw my money, what kind of salesman says that? I decided not to come buy a vehicle because of the sleazy salesman. Terribly sad trying to take advantage of a younger buyer by making him feel pressured into a purchase.

After our old explorer quit on us. I was certain I wasn’t going to be able to find a nice enough car for my family. But we came to Dothan Easy Finance and met Sam Revells and he made finding our new van so easy and perfect. If you are in need of a new car I highly recommend asking for Sam

The staff were very very friendly and very helpful. However, they didn't have what we were looking for. The vehicles have a lot of cosmetic issues and bc of that, it's hard not to believe that they don't have some mechanical issues too. We choose economy Auto sales and got a beautiful Chevy Tahoe with very low miles and very happy with our decision. Steve was very nice and super understanding so it's not the salesman, it's the vehicles.

I just got a 2006 Ininity M35 from Dothan Easy !! I am extremely happy with my car! I want to thank the shop foreman Mike, technician Gage and also the service manager Jamie for all the help making sure my car was perfect for me and my 3 year old son. They have gone out of there way to make sure my car is safe and reliable. The salesmen there are also very nice people and will help you get into a car the best that they can !! I would recommend them to anyone ! Again if you need any work done on your car there ask for Mike or Gage !!
