    Stay away from them they will steal left and right from you. Very dishonest will never use this big business institution ever again I regret ever giving them my business they have no experience with customer service as a big business they don't care that they are ruining people's life's. I hope one day they are treated just as bad as they've treated me.

    Went to this location with my company deposit, completed it and ask to have a document notarized. I was informed by the young lady in her office, on her cell phone (facebooking), that she could not notarized my company document due to me not personally having an account with them. Never mind I just made a deposit for the company, of whom I am trying to get a document notarized. Also nice to see two other gentlemen in their offices who never even got up to greet me or welcome me at all. What terrible customer service for a bank!!!

    Most discourteous bank branch encountered in 30+ years of banking. Went in requesting a notary after making a significant deposit and was made to wait several minutes while the bank employees chatted before they even inquired if they could help me. Was then asked to wait for several more minutes while she proceeded to finish her chat. Then was told that it couldn't be notarized by her. Fortunately there is a Suntrust next door with whom I have a business account. The bank officers there were tied up with customers, but one excused herself for a moment, found out what I needed and directed me to a teller that could assist me immediately.

    Quite possibly the worst bank on the planet. They are never able to help, never TRY to help, are lazy and pay no attention to customers. Oh, but the "manager" will call you on the phone because you have a business account and try to get more business out of you that way. I drive to the downtown location in lieu of dealing with these morons, unless it's a simple deposit.

    Take my advice and stay away from this branch. I'VE HAD IT, closing this account after my check auto deposit comes in. I'm so tired of having to fix the messes created. There constantly paying my Bill's 2 sometimes 3 time in 1 month. Then I have to argue with them to get overdraft fees taking off. Then I have to go to the places Bill's were over paid and plead for my money to be returned. Most of them have made me leave it as a credit for next month. Witch crates another problem, . How can I pay my other Bill's for this month now!! THIS TIME MY PHONE BILL HAS BEEN PAYED ON CHRISTMAS EVE AND CHRISTMAS DAY. SO HERE WE GO AGAIN! Dont GO TO THIS BANK RUN , RUN FAR AWAY!!

    North Point Blvd. can't keep good help and therefore you get poor service. Most of the time there is a 15 minute wait when calling the 800 Customer Service number.
