The People are very friendly and helpful! What I like most about Regions is their Online Banking and their Mobile Banking App! I have other Banks that I use as well! But Regions seems to be more user friendly and has more options on their Online Banking and their Mobile App Banking!

IT IS JUST AWESOME! I HAVE OPENED BANK ACCOUNTS AT OTHER BANKS BEFORE .AND IT TOOK ME FOREVER WELL I WENT AND OPENED ONE AT REGIONS I'M GONNA SAY IN ABOUT 15 MINUTES TODAY AND THEY WERE SO NICE WHEN I WENT IN THE LADIES AT THE FRONT TOLD ME TO JUST HAVE A SEAT THAT THE OFFICER HAD SOMEONE I THERE AND I WAS THINKING LORD IT'S GONNA BE AN ALL DAY THING WELL I WAS SO WRONG ... THEY DO THIER JOB THEY TREAT YOU LIKE YOUR SOMEBODY AND THEY ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS I WOULD GIVE THIS BANK A 20 OF IT WAS AVAILABLE THANKS REGIONS

Great people and friendly service, always willing to help & greet you with a smile. They make you feel like your someone important & are proud to earn your business, not just a customer. I highly recommend this bank.

Not happy with this bank. Been with them for a long time and have had several loan checks deposited and cashed without being charged and all of a sudden they won't cash it without charging us over $100. Something about we don't have the money to cover it!!! Well duh if we had that money why would we have went and borrowed it. Stupid stupid stupid!!!!

Kind staff. Atm however is not dependable. I’ve not been able to make a deposit here for months. If you’re payed in cash on weekends, plan on making trips to New Albany and hope the atm there is working…. or perhaps just bank elsewhere.
