If i could I would definitely give this company ZERO stars ! They definitely didn’t do what they said they were going to my boyfriend kept getting bs as loads and waited hrs to get load or for them to unload his truck ! Their great for school but not for jobs!

So far I love working here they offer lease purchase no balloon payment no credit check and it's walk away pretty good miles and friendly staff

Some of the best people in the world work there been very good to me wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for BIG M

Big-M is my carrier. They’re growing steadily and treat their drivers fairly well. My only complaint is that they spend a ton of money on expansion while overlooking driver comforts. The driver lounge is furnished with someone handmedown furniture. The showers are tiny with terrible water pressure. No creature comforts at all.

If you can avoid them, please do. I was expecting a load at 5:00pm eastern time. I called and spoke to someone who told me the driver was two hours away. I told him I would try to figure out if I would have the men to unload it at that time or if I’d have to reschedule it. I called back 10 minutes later only to be transferred from one place to another. Nobody willing to or able to help me. Now, people answer me and without even asking for information, are transferring me somewhere else, where they will transfer me again. So the driver will get to my warehouse at 7pm and will find no one there and will have the audacity to call me at that time, instead of calling me at the time I expected him to arrive. So save yourself the trouble.

My dispatcher booked a load with Brian Fisher. The 8am appointment for the load was missed so it was a work in for my driver. My dispatcher booked the load at 10:30am arrived at 11:00am. and was told he will be paid detention pay after 2hrs.However, the driver waited for more than 6hrs picking up the load and was later told that work in means. The driver won't receive detention pay for the load! Please avoid this company at all cost!!! They are liars and will take all they can from the drivers. Never heard of work-ins being considered no detention pay!

Broker lied about Fedex load being live unload. Driver was forced to drop trailer overnight for unloading and BigM professionally dragged compensation for detention. Standard response was "waiting for customers approval" which never came. And in the end they stopped responding to email inquiries and phone calls. BigM calls themselves "big dogs in trucking". They are nothing but lying puppies.

I attempted to call in on one of their drivers. Left a message for their Safety Department but no one ever returned my call. It figures that they probably make it a habit to hire any warm bodies available.

I've worked for them their phoney. They play with your miles, and your pay check. They steal your money from your paycheck. Second reason they dont care about getting you home. When i brought their truck back the owner came out to stop me for quiting because i made them good revenue. But should know nobody's work for free. Don't waste your time with this company get a local gig its not worth it, I make way more local you can to.

I had a horrible experience wit because first of all they took almost a month to get me a trainer and today the guy Jody that gave me the road test did not let me drive he was disrespectful towards me only good thing I got out of the company was my trainer was alsomeand respectful towards me and did not car about the fact I was transgender but time to move on to a bigger company that has better control of there company
