Probably the least helpful branch I have ever been to. I needed a money order and they told me they don’t do that at the Window after I told them I had a sick kid in the back and proceeded to tell me the lobby is full and that I can go wait in lane 3 until they are able to get to me. I have never had this issue with any other regions branch!

A financial institution should inspire trust and confidence but at Regions, they seem to think a smile makes up for all their mistakes. If you must bank here, be prepared to double check everything they do and stock up on Aspirin. You are going to need it for your headache.

They are no longer convenient to me. They closed my local banks but did leave an ATM. One bank in a town 20 miles away is open but they have cut their hours and close on Saturday. Changed their closing hours without making it known before hand.

The Regions Bank Athens branch phone service is terrible, I have been on the phone on hold for over 20 minutes and this is ridiculous. I am trying to not have to drive down there , apparently , have to because no one answers the phone there

I got took badly by my local Athens Tenn branch. Zips Car wash stole $40 unauthorized out of my account. I stopped the transaction but regions reversed it and allowed Zips to take the $ anyway. I have never had a bank that did not support their customers like regions. The ppl there are nice and smile but their actual business practices are horrible. I was planning to invest with their investment guy but I can’t in good sense even keep my checking accounts and savings accounts with them. I’ll be closing all of my accounts as soon as I find a new one and get everything transferred.

Simple straight forward and awesome staff. Kristen was super helpful and explained everything in detail and went above and beyond most bank staff would care to do. I would go to her for anything. Banking with Kristen at Regions made my experience very pleasant, thank you.

Direct deposit goes in with a positive account to begin with. $257.77, 3 transactions clear, $15.00, $5.45, and $7.16. Then they hit with a $108.00 NSF fee when there is still a positive balance of over $230.00. Crooked business.

This bank is one of a kind according to Exifax because when I was trying to buy a home they refused to admit I had an account there with them. They are special.

Horrible, terrible, and pathetic customer service. I’m embarrassed to say I bank here.
