Advance Financial Decatur Pike, Athens

Me and my husband will never use advance financial in Athens TN ever again! We sat here for almost 2 hours to have a checked cashed the employees came to the front one time just to tell us they couldn't cash the check. They were very rude. Don't recommend this company at all!!!!!

Worst experience ever never cash a check with these people they take half ur check and there douchebags plus it took them Over a hour to cash the check because they decide to go to lunch

Brian and Darcy were very helpful. They spent so much time with us trying to get us the money we needed. I would recommend either one of them to anyone. They are super great. I'm definitely glad they were there to help us.

Andrew was a pleasure to work with when it came to handling my financial needs and he was great with my 3 year old! Very patient, informative and friendly.

Chris the manager went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly for me. It was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Obviously no one wants to be in a situation to were you need to get money, but he made me feel at ease about it. Everyone is always smiling and willing to help me every time I stop by. Chris and his staff are amazing!!!

I received service beyond my expectations, as I was creating an account, my husband started having chest pains and I had to call 911. Andrew, the CSR on duty at the Athens, TN location was so very helpful and caring through the whole situation, nowhere else have I ever been treated so well as a customer. Andrew also gave me a call the next day to check on my husband and to see if there was anything else he could do for us, I will DEFINITELY be a return customer and recommend their services to anyone.

This place was incredible. Andrew was extremely friendly and professional. he explained everything very clearly and made the process quick and easy. So glad I went there!

Went in to pick up Christmas money from mom in Indiana, got accused of fraud without cause. Guy became combative and refused to allow me to speak to a manager or to provide corporate contact info as required by law upon request. Nope. Never again.

Got a loan today and it was quick and easy. Had some issues with passwords I’d forgotten and needed to update but Andrew was very friendly and patient with me while I got that done.

Amy is AMAZING at this location she was very friendly ,patient and knowledgeable I have been recommending this place to all my coworkers.. Thank u so much for all your help!! One last thing it smelled really good in there very clean😍🤗

Brian and Mattie were awesome they made me and my wife feel very comfortable their southern hospitality and care for the customers needs really shows.

Thet little guy named darcy is what your company needs to create a good environment. He was very helpful and made it pleasent to be there. I personally think he deserves good money for his work. Exceptional young man.

Predatory company. I've given them over twice my loan amount, and they won't work with me at all. Never experienced such bad customer service or neglectful practices. I wish I had explored some other options, you go in they are all smiles and helpful, bit if you have an issue the only word I can use is evil. DO NOT GO HERE, find a different option.

I was greeted with a smile form Chris (happy to help sign) and all other staff members. The store was brightly lite and clean. I asked several questions and all were answered to my understanding. Amy was so sweet and helpful. Due to complications out of her hands, I had to wait for 3 hours. Amy was always so nice and patient. She understands how to treat customers, and I appreciate that. She was very relatable and customer oriented. At the end of my wait, Mattie came in. Amy stayed to help make sure my loan was finished even though it was her lunch time. I’m very thankful for these ladies. I gained more in friendships than I could ever gain financially. Thank you Amy and Mattie!!

Mattie abosultely is the best she helped us get exactly what we needed. Such a people person so kind and is willing to hear any story you throw at her. I have never met a person like her and she's absolutely perfect for a business like this. Thanks advance and Mattie :) !Also! I have been a regular customer of Advance Financial in Athens, Tennessee since they opened. All of the employees are great. I deal mostly with Darcy and he is very knowledgeable and professional in the services that he provides.

Went to Advance financial to get a new flex loan to pay my bills and got everything I needed thanks to Jean , Brian and Lindsey ! Excellent and patient employees and a blast to talk to as well ! Thanks Advance Financial 24/7 !!

Andrew did a fantastic job assisting me in opening up a line of credit and did so in a timely fashion while also assisting several other customers. Give him a raise!
