Be careful going to this location because some of the ladies' attitudes can really ruin your day. We get it, we all hate working at Pier Park, but they should keep in mind that some people are easily affected by mean or rude energy from others. It's not always bad though. Anastasia is the sweetest and I always hope to be helped by her. She is wonderful. Sometimes on Saturday they have visitors working from the middle beach location, they are also always very nice.

This Branch really represents the best of the best, hard workers during times of low staffing, positive environment that looks after their customers, providing a service that makes me feel happy I have regions as my bank. Lani Blas the banker their honestly needs a raise, he was amazing and helped me set a new account when mine got compromised. Even though they didn't have a available time for me he fit me into his busy schedule and was so positive, funny, and up lifting!! For anyone visiting, definitely stop by and ask for Lani, he will take care of you and make your day!!! Thank you guys for all what you do!!!

Rude from start to end of the conversation I believe it was Asian guy or a girl was kind of hard to tell they need to change their attitude towards costumers or maybe get tk sent home fix their personal issues before coming to work definitely not acceptable this type of attitude!!! Definitely not coming back to this location every other location in pcb and Pc sweet and nice but accept for this none sense lady or a guy like I said it’s hard to say what even he/she was !

Absolutely the worst customer service ever adamant. I arrived when they opened to sit behind a customer who is allowed to do transactions in the drive-through taking over 20 minutes. These people need to be asked to come inside to handle their business. The drive-through is for expedited Transactions. If there was not a line behind me I would have gone inside myself. Are ridiculous!

Bank is fine as banks go, Pete is awesome!! Took care of everything when we moved here. He makes banking easy & is always friendly and helpful in all of our financial needs. Exceptional customer service!!

Blonde lady with glasses, horrible customer service, wouldn’t tell me how to use the “commercial lane” that isn’t marked commercial, the. Shut a drive three lane down while I was driving into it. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, unacceptable customer service

Almost 2 months of dealing with fraudulent charges to my account via mail, phone and email; I personally brought my situation to the branch team and Assistant Manager, twice. (All proper documentation provided to Regions team) Today will be 3 times!!! I was assured to receive follow-up calls , emails etc. From an account rep and Kieth asst. Mgr. I received 1 follow-up. It is a shame to bank with company that does not care about customer service, loyalty and you financial concerns!

Deposited $300 through the ATM and did not add to my bank account. Just recently went through the drive through to drop off money and got there 8 mins before their closing time being in a pretty long line and they would not accept giving me service do to me “not making it on time” and “watched what time my car got there” making me waste 25 minutes of my time waiting in line. I never write reviews but this bank is a waste of time and money. DO NOT GO HERE.

Alright. 2 years with yall. You lost a $1400 deposit, human error no problem. thank goodness I found out it was misplaced. This week.... the atm counted 100$ less in 20's then I put in?? I call & speak to manager and atm is over from sunday teller says I waited in line to start my claim ?? Come in early to file a dispute!
