    It’s really upsetting that I’m writing this negative review. I’ve been coming to this branch for quite some time now it happed to be this Friday April, 8, 2022 around 12:30-1:00pm that I was trying to withdraw money from my account. I came across an employee working at the drive through window that I’ve never seen here before named Kendra. I told her what type of transaction I was making as well as I wrote down the amount I was withdrawing. She left to the back and five minutes later came back with the most unprofessional attitude telling me she couldn’t process the amount I requested and that they had a limit. I told her when did they come up with this rule (keep in mind I’m at the bank) never have I’ve been told this none sense before. She said since “today” with the nastiest face and rude tone. I told her to give my card back and that I was going to go to a different branch. She had the audacity to tell me we’ll fix it on your own and through out my card. When I left I tried calling the branch twice until an employee answered the phone. I asked to speak to a manager, I was placed on hold and got told that they didn’t have a manger in. I asked to get a number where I could file complaint about an unprofessional uneducated “employee” that’s working there, I was told to call the 1-800 number I asked for the entire number and was told “look at the back of your card”. RIDICULOUS!!! I’m sure who ever answered was that same employee! Once I got to the other branch I had no issues totally great experience. I was told by an employee there that they apologized on their behalf for that horrible experience and that I should go there for now on (which I will). At the end I was able to file a complaint and was told they were going to take this case very seriously. I hope they terminate this person. I I hope she realizes to treat people the way she would like to get treated. Please don’t lie on your Resume saying you have great communication skills or that you have great customer service skills and if you do not like your job find a different job. I hope you are able to read this and take everything in consideration.

    I just left this branch. Why do I even bank with you if your drive through woman employee is going to be rude and snap at me? I didn't do anything to receive that kind of treatment. Way to go out of your way with exceptional customer service 🙄. All this over a simple deposit, PATHETIC and non-acceptable ! 😡😡

    Everytime; I come to this location the sevice is slow with limited staff. This is the only bank that I work with that online bank apps never work; bank transfers from this bank to another take up to five days. Customer service over the phone takes longer than 45 mins to get an agent. The only rep that I like nekita she appears to be the hardest working rep on site because she is always there

    My brother and I had an issue with depositing a check via the regions app. We learned a hold was placed on it, and it wouldn't be deposited for a month. We went to this location and the branch manager was able to stop the hold and get it deposited instantly. All employees we approached at this location showed great customer services skills, were extremely informative, unlike the other location we went to prior to this one. Thank you!

    I had to get a new debit card and I was nervous it was going to take awhile. The tellers here are actually extremely kind and helpful, and even though there was a long line it only took about 15 minutes.

    Nakita was phenomenal on the phone yesterday and is a joy, very professional and excellent at her job. I hope she gets a raise and a vacation very soon And...before I left a teller helped an elderly man to his car. This bank is on top of customer service.

    10/10 recommended. The easiest bank account ever, super accommodating and helped me out when another bank wouldn't and I was in a super big pickle. 100% saved the day for me

    Horrible customer service. Called and asked about a check that was supposed to immediately deposit. I was told I had customers behind me and to call back later. I asked to be put on hold and he refused, and when I asked “won’t you have more customers later” he said probably and hung up. I’m changing banks, this is terrible service.

    This is easily the worst regions I've ever been to. The manager refused to Notarized documents for us and claimed no other Regions in the area would. We went to the next one and did it no problem. He was just being lazy and from what we heard, this branch is notorious for that. Avoid at all costs

    This bank is ALWAYS busy, but there are always plenty of fast workers to compensate. Consequently, it is always a fast experience with good customer service. The security guards almost always hold the door for you which is a very nice touch!
