i purchased a used firearm from this place for nearly a thousand dollars that i later found out was 200 bucks cheaper brand new. i brought it back in to sell for something more practical and was offered 200 bucks! i will not be robbed by this place again.

I’ve been dealing with accent guns for 6 years now. I’ve had weapons transferred in and I’ve purchased from accent. I’ve never had an issue, prices and fees are fair and I always received good customer service.

Will not be returning to this place. Was trying to sell a gun that I had already gotten blue book value plus an appraisal by another gun store. They tried to give me less than 1/3 of the appraised value and blue book value.

Jeff was great! Quickly found a well sought after pistol for me when nobody else could give me an answer other than "back ordered for months". He had the gun ordered and delivered in-hand within a week! Awesome customer service, treated me like family!

My experience at Accent was very informative and comfortable. The associate who helped me was easy to talk to and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase a firearm.

If you want to b treated like a animals or ur not a human then this is the place to go because they lack any kind of respect and customer service I would NEVER IN MY LIFE RECOMMENDED ANYONE TO GO HERE‼️

I have never in my life been treated as poorly as I was at this supposedly business. And when I contacted the BBB, they are even shocked as to why they are still open. They have at least 1 ongoing suit where them being licensed FFL’s, kind of in between person When you buy a handgun online to run your background check, and not only do they charge $75. 00 for the background (BASS PRO ONLY CHARGES $10.00 AND YOUR GREETED WITH A SMILE), if for some reason your not approved then of course you cannot take possession of the firearm, yet you have to trust these people to do so. Don’t risk it, contact the BBB first. Hopefully they get sued and shut down soon. According to the BBB they have not returned a clients 700$ firearm back to Sportsman’s Outdoors in over 30 days, yet told customer they had. So this person is just out 700 until legal action steps in. Now I would be in the same boat had I not read a review on here and called the BBB. Can’t find review now, so either they removed it or something so mine might get removed. I ask you to please copy, paste and keep the word out. And like I said call the BBB if needed.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ‼️ They Will Deny You and Keep Yo $50 so if you care about the customer service you received and yo money NEVER GO HERE THEY SHOULD SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN SOON AS POSSIBLE ‼️
