    Forget about trying to use the online service to reconcile your bank statements. After being on the telephone for 1 hour 18 minutes, I was told I had to go into a branch office. The last time I attempted to go into a branch office, it was by appointment only. At this point, my only option will be to close the account at Regions for the lack of concern expressed by the four agents that did not have a clue on trying to help me.

    Been dealing with this bank through over thirty years of several names and a few different locations and here's the summary : One bad experience in all that time. Though lanes are sometimes slow and busy (like all banks), the staff is always friendly, thoughtful & attentive. That gives them 4 out of five stars in my judgement. Went there today and drive up window was closed due to Covid 19 issues. I hope Elise & the entire staff are well & saying safe.

    Honestly I would give this place ZERO stars if I could, the only reason I like to come to this bank is Elise. Without her I have no clue how they would get people through quickly. Case in point spent 25 minutes and still didn't make it to a teller and took another 10 minutes to get to one! If you want to waste your time, bank here!😂😂😂😂 Also you will be instructed to use the atm for your cash deposits on a windy day! Good to know it's my fault for why it took so long!

    I’ve had the worst experience with this branch. I’ve literally been dealing with the same issue for 6 months and still no resolution.I feel like no ownership has been taken for my issue and as soon as I leave the branch they forget all my problems. No follow up or anything. I plan to leave this bank as soon as I get the money they owe me.

    I was told I could not make a withdrawal from the drive up teller and would have to come in. I’ve bank with regions ever since I first started to drive, this has never been a problem, until I came to this branch location.

    I've been banking with regions for a few years now and I can honestly say that one representative specifically has been HANDS DOWN the best representative in St .Louis her name is ELISE. Everytime I go there and she is there i know i'm going to have nothing less than an excellent experience ! I am a RNA for a homehealth care business and I swear she's the only one that has been able to cash my check with no issues other than the umb bank . So Elise please please please keep up the good work and please don't leave this location my life depends on you lol :)

    I was waiting to deposit money through the drive thru teller today. Wasted my whole lunch waiting. U guys need help Badly!!! Considering changing banks. Just came in because my card was frozen for no reason. People inside are so slow, been waiting hour. Only one person inside. They should pay interest for making you wait this long. Absolutely ridiculous!

    1 Stars too much for this Bank. I have never dealt with a bank with people so rude and with the worst possible policies ever. If you get a check that is written off of that bank you have to let them know you want the money available today or else they will hold it for another day because apparently they don't read where the check comes from so they don't recognize that it comes from regions and so they treat it like any other check. So when you get your paycheck on Monday which is payday, and you're broke and you have no money at all even for gas to get to work, and you ask them to make it available today and they say that's fine, and then they don't make it available, it makes for a bad day

    Ever since this whole Covid thing the inside isn't open, I work for a retailer so we have to make deposits, but inside is closed so have to call ahead for change and use Drive-Thru. Which none commercial ppl are using commercial lane for their personal use. Which makes my time longer away from my store. They need a better way of operating

    Don't go after hours. Their SmartATM had a meltdown, restarted mid-transaction, shredded the ATM card I had just received in the mail the same day, and all the cash tips I was depositing from a 12 hour shift. Guess I can't pay my bills on time.
