    They scam you into applying online and setting up online banking and depositing money into your. Then they disable the account and freeze your deposits until you visit a branch to verify who you are. Definitely something they should advise upfront. Then if you want to cancel the account they charge you $25 🤣 Deceptive practices for sure

    My first time visiting this location the manager or general manager not really sure was very courteous showed a lot hospitality very nice professional tellers seems to hard working, as well as working together as a team

    Terrible customer service. I was told that if I referred a friend that I would be given a $75 visa gift card and the person I referred would be given a $50 visa gift card. That never happened even after several follow ups with the Branch Manager. I also suffered many times because the online banking app would fail and I couldn’t access my bank account. The straw that broke the camels back was when Regions closed my account for having a $0 balance, without prior written notice. The caveat is that this account is just an account I use to transfer money to for my kids. The account is used daily and the balance fluctuates between a few hundred dollars and a couple of dollars, depending on the amount needed at the time. However this account usually has a very low or $0 balance. Why they abruptly decided to close my account, again without prior notice, is ambiguous to say the least. I however did do some research and found that Regions is a struggling bank and acquisitions are being considered. With that said I would highly recommend not using this bank.

    Customer Service is HORRIBLE!!!! To start... I call at 9:16am no one answers... I call back at 9:20am they pick up and hang up... call back same thing... and since you can't speak to any branch other than who they have assigned as your opening branch.... I call back ... pick up and hang up again....try back ... pick up and hang up again...so I try again...they answer...finally...I explain my issue... I'm told I need to speak to the branch manager but the Branch manager is never in and because he is the only person in the bank who is authorized to do ANYTHING.... nothing can get done... how in the world is this even possible. Branch manager out for a week ... I ask if there is someone else who can assist??? Nope ... no assistant managers... no supervisor... nothing... On hold now for almost 35 minutes....finally come back and say he has no idea when the branch manager will be in and he’s going to call me back....How do you operate as a bank when there is never anyone there to service your customers?!!!

    Absolutely the WORST bank employees!!! RUDE!!! They ALL need a class in being professional at work. I use Regions all over the states. This bank has caused to to seriously consider leaving.

    This place cashed a fraudulent check off my acct for over $1200! Felony. I don't even live in the area and the thief didn't have an acct there! There was no address on the ck! Yet, the bank employee cashed it. Hmmm. Do not bank here!

    If you are in a rush don't come to this location, the tellers are soooooo slow . Lady is rude! I tried to get a certain amount out she told me I couldn't , I went to a diff location and they did it no questions asked . Believe the bad reviews
