Reading others issues I would assume there is no hope and since the merger things have been rocky on all levels. But I have to applaud this woman and tell her i'm very appreciative. I walked in at 4:50 and she assisted me to the max from my business to personal account issues. She rerouted things for me and kept in contact promptly thru email and phone call updates. AMIRAH BEYAH thank you for everything. I mean that and am very grateful. Truist has retained a customer due to your EXCELLENCE!

"Mr. Ken" is horribly unprofessional. I went to open an account, but this dude is ignoring me and the other person in the lobby, cracking jokes on the phone about being from New York and yada yada. In addition, this place smells so loud with cheap carpet deodorizer and spray. An unpleasant experience overall. I walked out and intend to choose a different bank.

Bank needs updating bad. Please don't try to open a business account or speak to a customer service representative you will have a long frustrating wait. No sign in sheet is available so a lot of confusion on who was there first. Sorry for such a negative review however i did open up a business account but wonder did i do the right thing seriously. The employees are wonderful and extremely polite and helpful but the system they have in place is horrible

Walked in today bc I lost me debit card and credit card. Waited patiently, asked if I could get a temporary card. Was told there were no temporary cards in entire BANK! It was more fault , I didn’t realize it was noon and they were more concerned with lunch than helping me. Typical Camp Creek Customer Service !

If I could give this bank a 0, I would. Am I asking too much for the ATM to actually work? It’s a hit or miss!! Just throw the entire machine away😡😡😡😡😡 And they had the nerve to ask me to give them referrals. If I had time to change all of my direct deposits I would never come to this bank again.

Rarely do I compliment banks but the banker Shane was helpful and such a great personality. Keep him around!!!

Something is always wrong with the drive thru. Employees don't come outside to let you know there is a problem; they just have you sitting in your car waiting. I had to call to find out the problem. I scheduled a phone appointment with someone and they never called. I scheduled an in person appointment that was not honored because they were short staff but I didn't receive any type of follow up message saying they could not meet with me. This bank needs new management ASAP!!!

Good morning I can't get nobody to answer their phone to answer my questions I need to talk with someone about my bank card now

I’m a new customer with this bank. Upon enrollment, the teller asked for my ID to ensure accurate spelling and information just to spell my name wrong, get my email address wrong and send out the wrong cards I called Camp Creek location to ask if they had temp cards available, just to be on hold for 45 minutes I drove to the bank and made the same phone call inside the branch and I witnessed the teller put the phone on hold and not inform the manager that I wanted to speak with them, and was on hold for another 30 minutes just for her to come back on the line telling me the manager was busy I initially came to make a deposit...I’ll be closing this account instead. For this treatment, I’ll go to the bigger banks.

HORRIBLE BANK!!! They can close your account for any reason and in my case they didn't even give a reason. Worst experience I ever had in my life!!! Had thousands of dollars in a safety deposit box and when they decided to close my account they sent a letter instead of a phone call. What would of happened if I didn't receive the letter??? They took my money for a safety deposit box and then closed my account! BIG MISTAKE opening an account with them!!!
