Regions Bank E 9th St, Hialeah

Waited to be attended by a teller for almost 10 minutes for her to tell me I can’t withdrawal money from my own account unless I have a check to make out to myself. I’ve withdrawn money from other regions banks with just my license without a problem. Very incompetent branch, please shut it down.

The service is bad .. it’s like they find ways to not do there job .. went in with the same problem to the Regions on Flagler street .. took then 15 min but they fixed my problem .. wish I could give it 0 stars

ATM never works and only one teller.. not sure how someone thinks this is a five star place it's not the first time either or the only branch like this. Time to close accounts.

I give them 1 star because it is the least there is, if there were 0 or -10 I would give it to them, terrible attention, they do not solve anything, supremely arrogant.
