I dont have an account here, after today probably never will. Went to cash my Greystone check. They have an account here. Teller consistently talked to another customer, did not inform me there would be a charge to cash a $16 check until after she cashed it and handed me the money. Why charge at all? It was $16 and the company who issued it to me had an account there... never been charged before as long as the issuer had an account with the bank I cashed it with.

Regions wont release my dads check from our business so now we are stuck In Florida with no pay because they wont release our funds. I dont recommend regions for business banking.
