The atm alway not working they only have one so you gunna end up having to drive to desoto.

Atm stays down. Not working at this moment. About 2 months ago, it was down for like a whole week. They need 2 atms. Chase, up the street have 3 atms!!! Considering a bank change. Pls add a atm!!! Update: atm still not working over memorial day weekend. I'm done. I'm moving this account to BOA. Don't have time for the fun and games. Dont feel like driving to cedar hill.

Worst bank I have every worked with. I just got a new car loan of $120,000 with them and after 1 month I have moved it to a new bank. Any time I call in they just transfer me around for 30 minutes and no one is able to help me setup automatic payments.

This is the best Bank I have ever done Bizz. with , they are very nice and helpful with anything you need, I do wish there were more locations, however, with the service I get , 2-3 more miles is worth it .

Horrible experience I wouldn’t recommend at all major inconvenience I was in the process of moving they put my account on hold for about 7 days. So, when I went to the branch to get my money they said they where not able to and I needed to verify my address I sent over a bank statement and me and Robert Taylor had a very bad disagreement he did not care about me or my children’s well-being and that being my last he did nothing to help instead he closed my account and mailed my check which I received a couple of weeks later I would definitely give zero stars!!! Also the representatives over the phone don’t know anything can’t provide you with any information they’ll just tell you to go in a branch! & disconnect the phone in the middle of a conversation..

If I could I would give a negative review. Just had a very inconvenient experience. I have a business account and in order to withdraw money I have to have checks. I have a debit card for a reason. Even for $2 you have to write a check. Not enough ATMs or branch locations either. Really considering closing my account.

Does not prioritize the customer, everything is at the convenience of the employees, if you are an essential worker, they do not work with your schedule, pay and deal with the extra elsewhere if u can help it

I was having issues with the accuracy of my account info. Calling didn't fix it. After my visit to the Lancaster branch, problem solved. Kudos to Maria Ramirez for 5 Star customer service!!!

We been banking here since 1980. Andy is great to deal with. 5 stars across the board
