The vehicle we purchased has been having issues since we got it and we had brought it to the shop several times and it’s left the same, and they want us to pay as if the vehicle wasn’t already having issues already. The people in the shop don’t want to order the parts because is “to expensive “ . But we are never late with any of the payments and we get treated like this! Even my brother was going to purchase a vehicle from here but the way they are working he will no longer be getting anything .

I found auto city online and gave it a shot. Alexx Finch made the process as easy as possible! He helped take care of things over the phone so we literally walked in, tested the car, and signed a few papers and we were out the door with our new car. We will definitely be sending customers his way!

I purchased a Nissan Murano less than two years ago after paying off my previous vehicle because I trusted the dealership. However my car started making loud noises and stopped on me right after work. I had the vehicle towed back to Auto City service department. I was under the impression that my vehicle still had warranty or they were loyal to their long time customers. I was told that I was no longer under warranty because of the miles. I was never told the miles on the vehicle or how many miles would make me over warranty by the service department. I'm completely unsatisfied with the way Auto City in handling my situation because I have paid off a vehicle through them. I was told that they would put on a used part if I needed my car now and then eventually the new part to keep me rolling. That is highway robbery for me to pay for something half fixed and then turn around and pay for it again with a new part. I don't see the logic in that concept at all. I thought I was in good hands with Auto City Lancaster but now I'm regreting my decision on this purchase. I thought I would be treated better than this after purchasing and paying off a vehicle with this dealership. Now I'm without a vehicle.

First time car buyer and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Shout to the salesman Alexx Finch, he definitely understood what was looking for and didn't waste a minute presenting me with options I didn't want. Thank you guys! I definitely recommend this place.

Carlo LaBarba was my sales person, I purchased my SUV through Carlo. Carlo was a delight throughout my buying experience. Carlo is such a polite young man, with a wonderful personality. He is also knowledgeable on the procedures/policies that Auto City has in place for you buying a car. If you want a person with wonderful customer service skills Carlo is the guy for you. Carlo is not a pushy car salesman, as a woman I really appreciate the respect Carlo showed towards me. Carlo did not try to pressure me into a car I did not want. Just to make a higher profit off of me. Also I have a adult son with autism who is non-verbal with a mindset of a child. Carlo treated my son so nice with the utmost respect. I will buy all of my cars through Carlo. If you want someone to treat you with respect Carlo is your guy. Granted Carlo is new to the Lancaster location, he is a delight to purchase your car from. Carlo gives you five-star customer service treatment!

Ms.Pat was the best...she was able to get me into something l really wanted, in a timely manner with reasonable payments. I work Monday through Friday during business hours and it's impossible for me to get anything done during the week but Ms.Pat took care of that. She help me get into a SUV where all l had to do was signed and go. She is the best and so awesome to work with. Not to mention the SUV l got is sooooo nice. Alexa Finch helped me get into a really nice car. I changed my review from 5 stars to 2 stars only because when I got the car the passenger window wouldn’t roll down, the left rear tire was bent and wobbling when I drove it. All of this right after I drove off the lot with the car. The service department just told me my car will be ready next week so I just got the car and now I have to go an entire week without a car. The main reason I came here is because I was mistreated at another dealership. I will update and change my review once I get my car back on my hands. This is Jim Budino got the car back on Friday noticed the problems with the car as I drove back home in it. No problems happened on my end, all pre existing before I even touched the car. My car payment is due this Friday so I am paying for a car that I am not driving until It is fixed. I feel as though I’ve been fooled. I will rate it lower but these people here are nice and made me feel at home during the process. Everyone at this location are so nice and understanding. I’m just glad that I can still say that I still have a car, despite what’s going on.

I was searching for a car and remembered this place I would always see driving for work called Auto City in Lancaster,TX. So I filled out the paperwork online and the next day I received a call from Ms Pat Neal. We discussed my options and I agreed to meet up with her the next day. We did some negotiations on a car I had picked out but some issues came up. I was able to verify those issues and after that Ms Pat let me know she was going to fight to make sure the next time I came to Auto City I would be leaving with the keys to a car. Over the next few days Ms Pat Neal did exactly that and a day late I left Auto City with the keys to a car that wasn’t my first choice but in the end turned out to be the better choice. But none of this would be possible without the truly hard dedication of Ms Pat Neal to fight for you. BTW I also gained a new friend after living in Texas for a year.

As of right now the car purchased is a one or below since it has been in the shop more than it has been in my sons hands since purchased 3 weeks ago (as of now in chop 3 times for multiple days). We have reached out they are working to possibly assist if it can be resolved will update or take further action if needed.
