Regions Bank Green Springs Hwy, Birmingham

One of the men helping me get a new checkings card was not able to accept my form of ID. I was very disappointed and even showed him my letter from the US government. He told me it could cost him his job even though it’s valid. I did not understand and he was quite rude and I felt discriminated against. I will not be returning to this regions and will also be closing my accounts with them.

The reviews here are spot on - horrible customer service! How can you work at a bank and not know how to be friendly and cordial to your customers? Probably need to find a new profession that doesn't require speaking to people nicely. Save yourself some personal happiness and avoid this regions unless you need to go to the ATM.

Very bad branch. Rude incompetent workers. Refused to let me withdraw my money out of my account because I asked for too much at the drive through. The inside doesn’t open until 9 so now I have to wait. Crazy idea, if someone wants their money then give it to them. Also, open at 8am like everyone else.

Hands down the slowest regions. Youd be better off driving to the south side regions.

I love regions as a bank but I can't stand this branch. They are rude atm is always broken. I opened an account at this location and they were so rude and forgot to submit information from the beginning and it caused my savings account to close. I closed all accounts and vowed to never go back. Years later the Hoover branch showed the good side and now I've been with them for 2 years. Don't go to this branch if you expect honest and good service.

Regions is a wonderful bank The entire staff is professional.. Helpful...and always make you feel that they care about you..both as a valued customer and as a friend.

The manager (Lee Xu) at this locations is very rude and disrespectful. I have never seen someone in this level of position be so unprofessional and conduct business in this manner. If you ever need assistance do not visit this location. Wish I could give 0 stars!!

Slow with transactions line and terrible customer service from the guys at the desks. Go to another branch. Bypass this one. They don't know anything! Especially Allan.
