The bank manager is excellent. He doesn't mine taking a minute to help you out. I didn't like Banks didn't trust Banks and I found regions this branch and turn me around I trust them .

After about 20 years of banking with Regions, I am very disappointed that the people I dealt with today did not offer the level of service that you expect from a 'relationship.' What I found today were two officers trying to cover up the mistake of a teller in another branch. They tried to put the responsibility back on to me for not stopping a check. One tried to say that he could not tell the difference between my writing and that of the forger. He had not seen the actual check; he had not seen the different inks used; he had not seen the check in color; but concluded from a scan image that the teller who cashed the forged check was justified in cashing it. Basically, they 'closed ranks' behind their other employee. Coming into the bank to sign an affidavit to get the money back is their way of avoiding accountability. There is no 'relationship' with this branch. There is only 'transaction' and business. Don't let them fool you that they are building a 'relationship' with you. Don't call them for help: it does not exist. They were very nice when they wanted to show me different investment instruments. But they changed when I needed their help. Go somewhere else - you may have better luck at a 'relationship' with a bank - if it exists at all.

Needed some documents notarize; made it to the bank we were greeted by many employees. The assistant manager called us to his office and promptly notarized all the documents for us. He offered water to us. Thank you for all your help!

My brand new Samsung is not compatible TO REGIONS MOBIL BANKING APP. FAIL Update; Problem fixed but not before I spoke to a representative that didn't care if I switched banks over the issue. 1 reason chose Regions was via the mobile deposit app!!

Only one teller scheduled at 3pm on a Wednesday expected to take care of all indoor customers and both drive through lines. I feel bad for the woman. Poor management. Extremely poor management. The one star is for the one teller trying to do her job without the proper resources.

The staff here are not only friendly but they actually seem to care about the people they serve. The company it’s self is so so but the people here are awesome.

I just visited Regions Bank, Largo Mall - 10465 Ulmerton Rd - Largo, FL 33771. This is a nice place quick business. Branch manager and stuff are very professional people. A good bank to do business.

Worst bank ever. When I opened this account I set it up that they don’t pay if funds are not there. Well they did and try and get them on phone if you can. Only reason I gave one star is because you cannot leave ZERO stars
