At one time, this was one of the best banks for efficient customer service. Lately, I find staff indifferent, rude, and very unprofessional. They don’t respond to emails and fail to return phone calls. It’s my hope that they will return to providing timely customer service.

Friendliest tellers and branch managers you will find in Orleans parish. Head and shoulders above the other branches save for Gentilly branch. Easy to get in and right out quickly here. Highly recommend for any regions customer.
