Regions Bank Cowan Rd, Gulfport

This place and the workers are a JOKE!!! I’ve been waiting for 4 weeks for a phone call so I can close my account! Still no phone call go to a different bank!

Very poor service in this branch. They seem to be overstaffed and yet they agents are very under-trained. They guy who was helping me took 1h to open a new bank account, and had to ask his manager a question every 5 minutes! He had no idea what he was doing! At this same time he was trying to get a free legal advise from me about his financial problems! Not somebody I would trust with my money.

Been with regions for 6 years and never once had a problem until I went to this one. Ive spent three days going up there but they are closed early or they don't answer the phone. I have to drive about 30 minutes to get too this bank because it's the closest one around and one day I drive there and I pull up about 5 minutes from close and some fat lady behind the window jumped up and ran out of the door letting me know that i wasn't worth her time. If she would have answered my question that I needed to ask then I would have only made two trips in two days not four trips in four days. Although the woman was rude I do find it a bit comical that I've never seen a fat lady run so fast. Here is something that would be nice, maybe we should be able to transfer money from a cd account to our checking or savings and maybe vice versa. This would help employees get out early and not have to worry about breaking a sweat when they run out the door.

Unfortunately I have to visit this place from time to time. Actually I will drive to the branch down town just to avoid the SLOW,RUDE, LAZY, Unprofessional employees. I have all my banking with REGIONS and very happy with the other branches. However this one should be closed!

Worst customer service! Really screwed my daughter! Holds money with no explanation and when asked for more info or numbers to contact the correct person or department, you can’t get them.

Regions has more branches than most banks. Then again you can access your money through an ATM just about anywhere in the worldI. In the event you use an ATM in a foreign country they will typically do the currency conversion at a reasonable exchange rate as opposed to a currency conversion station.

I absolutely love this place! I opened my account here about a month ago, and the staff is amazing! I closed my account at Wells Fargo, and my fiancé closed his with community bank, because we were so welcomed and we're treated like family. They do close early, but so what? I go on my lunch break and have never had an issue. I love it!

Unfortunately I have to use this branch I have not once came in this one location and been helped appropriately. Rude and suck at customer service...😝 I love the branch in passcogula very helpful. I work in gulfport so I have to use this place. Although it makes me wanna close my account with this bank entirely. Go else where if u can...

Call the corporate office and they can't answer my questions at all. They send me the mortgage center of three branches. None of them could answer my questions or answer any questions at all. I would not recommend this bank to anyone for any reason.
