Hancock Whitney Bank Cowan Rd, Gulfport

Used to be my favorite bank. After a year they lost records of my POA. I called and a lady told me I could come in up to 5:30 to discuss. Drove 45 minutes, lobby was closed. Drive thru only. I'm done, closing my accounts tomorrow.

These people saved my life the other day. My wallet was stolen from my car and I had no way to cash my payroll checks. They went out of their way to look up where I had cashed the very same kinds of checks for days and did everything they could to help me. We we're broke, out of gas and starving. They saved us. Thank you guys. I'll be in as soon as I get my ID stuff fixed to open my new account.

Needed to go inside, but no advanced warning about appointment needed first. They need to let their customers know when they change the norm and why! I mean we are made to give a phone number, an address and an email address!

The manager in the drive through needs to learn how to be a little more professional and stop throwing herself at customers. My fiancé has to go through there every day and she really doesn’t appreciate nor do I , of the way this young lady that is obviously STRAIGHT continues to hit on her. Get it together

I know it's Friday. I know they are probably short staffed.? But, I will not be going through that drive thru again. I'll go inside. I've never waited 20 minutes at any of their other locations. Any one need a job? I'm sure they're hiring.

Couldn't protect my money as a customer, so I took my money out. Hope they get it together. They didn't even care what I was mad about or even ask.

After 15 years of banking with a free checking account which I opened when I was 16, they decided to impose a $10 a month fee if at any time my balance ever fell below $200. Had to close my account, but the branch manager at this location let me slide a few times on some heavy nsf fees when the first few times I discovered the potential financial catastrophe their overdraft policies could invoke if one were foolish enough to believe in the accuracy of my checking account available balance as related to me in print by their atm outside of their regular business hours.

Branch officer and staff are always willing to assist in ones matters of finance with the bank. From on line banking for the first time to the paper sleeves to roll your change.
