Regions Bank Roswell Rd, Marietta

This branch is bad! Stay away. The Underwriting for a secure credit card takes a month!!! To order to link accounts took 3 attempts and I had to go to the roswell branch (which is excellent by the way) and they solve my problem and linked the accounts right there. They really do not want to be bothered and they are not helpfull at all. The bank upper management need to do a refreshment course in customer service or replace all of the bank personnel to start fresh. Even thiugh, we mistakenly opened the account in this marietta Regions branch we are not coming back there again. Ever. We still will give the bank another chance, but get a good bank in Georgia is showing to be really hard.

Personal service is all too lacking in the banking business these days. Not at this Regions branch. Been banking here for many years now and always get great service. Highly recommended for your banking needs.

This branch is so unprofessional!! Regions all over is just plain unprofessional. Please don’t come to this branch. This bank isn’t a bank where you’ll open a account and have no problems. I opened an account and I been having problems with this bank since I opened it to the point where I came in one day to have my account closed and they informed me they can not closed this account without charging me a 25$ Fee. This whole bank needs to just close down..

Regions is ok , far from the customer service provided by Wellsfargo and BB&T. This is my second week banking with this bank , I requested service on clearing deposited funds into my account that another branch told me they were able to do , Paola suggested I return to the branch where I opened the account to make this happen. There should never be something one branch can do for me that another branch cant. If your looking for additional accounts for your funds , regions is a good 3rd choice for your banking.

I went to this branch to wire funds before closing on a property purchase. Toyvi Brown helped me. He was experienced with closing funds and also friendly. The branch was easy to get to and has plenty of parking.

Best regions you'll ever go to hands down. Best customer service. Everyone here is very helpful. Toyvi, one of the financial specialist, is awesome and very helpful. Always greeted upon entry

I've never had a ATM give me half a bill until I used the one on Roswell road
