Nicest pawn shop I ever been in and great customer service.

Every time I go to Pawnopoly you feel welcomed! Great customer service. Things you just don't get these days. They give you great deals without ripping you off! Priced very reasonable. Even when pawning they will give you top dollar. I drive 1 hour from my front door to Pawnopoly just to do business there. I will continue to keep going. Thanks Meg, Toni, Katelyn! Good job! Keep up the good work you guys and gals are wonderful!

The text app is amazing! I got a pretty immediate response (much faster than I anticipated though I was told that if they are busy that wouldn't have happened of course). But it's a cool way to know if they have what you want before you go making transactions faster.

Very nice people that work there especially the women can’t remember her name but they are very helpful there and have some good deals on things there my first time going there she was very helpful and welcoming

They are very understanding of your financial needs and unfortunate situation. They are friendly genuine and caring. Unlike most it’s not just business with them they work with you no matter your situation. I’ve been dealing with them for some time and I’m every situation they worked with me. Whenever I’m in a jam and need fast cash I come here because I don’t leave feeling taken advantage of. I am a real person

My experience at Pawnopoly went very well. The staff was very friendly and assist me in what I needed. When leaving the establishment I felt comfortable enough that if I needed to visit again the staff will welcome me friendly smiles.

I bought a PS5 from this place . my wife got it for me as a gift 800 sum $ ..... They sold me the controller separately . no game console comes without a controller. I promise you they wont buy or let you pawn a game console without the controller. However the sold me a malfunctioned controller for an additional 50$ and acted as if they were throwing in aN hdmi cord for free!!!!! The controller had what is known as remote drift..... And while i paid for the added insurance .... They had no way of honoring the insurance and replacing the remote . because they had no other PS5 controllers in stock ..... It bothers me because my wife and have spent plenty of money in this overpriced second hand store. Three laptops for our children . Jewelry and more . you would think that deserves a degree of respect and a solution to any problems that a costumer may have . cant say i will not return to a pawn shop . however i will never spent another dime or second of my time in this particular establishment ...

Prices are horrible pretty much scalper prices. I appreciate the polite response. Just gonna be honest when I see a used Xbox series X for almost $800 that’s not a competitive price that’s price gouging an item. It’s $499 new just cause it’s a little harder to find atm doesn’t make it ok. That’s just one of the items I saw and was blown away by

I wish I could give them no stars because one of the ladies who works here was extremely rude. I came I trying to sell some stuff, I didn’t even want much I just wanted to get rid of it, and she gave me an attitude the whole time about it. This isn’t some 5 star pawn shop with really nice expensive things so I don’t know what she was expect me to bring?? On top of that NONE of the employees were wearing masks. Even when they were working with customers. I don’t like wearing it but I do it to protect everyone else around me. Pretty sure they had signs to wear masks too??? That should’ve been my first sign to run honestly. If you want a pawn shop that has a large variety of nice stuff and good customer service then I’m happy to help in your decision making to not go here😃

Eric is the bomb!! I have been a customer for over 2 years and he is always fair and work with me. This shop is 40 minutes from my house but they are the only Pawn shop I will use. They are all respectful and always have good attitudes when I’m in the store or talking to them on the phone. Love all the employees and managers. They make me feel comfortable and not less than and that is important to me. If you need a pawn loan they are the only shop you should use!! Nobody else beats their customer service!! ☺️❤️

Called about a video gaming system for my son and spoke with the sales manager Eric. He was very polite on the phone. Once I got to the store Eric as well as the other associates were very pleasant and nice 👍🏽 they gave us a great deal on our purchase and I will surely be back for other items I may need.

I stumbled in here one day and happened to find a laptop I liked. They really took care of us and helped us find what we needed quickly and easily! Brittany even cut us a HUGE deal on a laptop and a tv!! Everyone was so friendly and really helped us! It was a great place!!

Eric helped me out and is a super great worker. He made me a deal after driving an hour and finding out news that I didn’t want to hear. Definitely deserves a promotion or at least a thanks for all the hard work.

As with the other two Pawnopoly stores, I never leave empty handed, they always seem to have something I need. Their customer service, competitive prices, and inventory will keep me coming back again and again. Pawnopoly is awesome!!! Douglas really went out of his way to get me the purse I wanted. He helps you get great deals and he is very friendly and knowledgeable. I popped in here to see what size TV I want for my bedroom, 32 inch for those curious. Brittany and Eric were super friendly and helpful. I will talk to anyone that will stand still long enough and they did really good at tolerating me. I even got a Wii at a great deal! 15/10, would go back. :)

They have been absolutely great! So helpful and fair for pawn shop. They have waited for me to get there and couldn't have been nicer. Patty helped me a lot, she made sure I found what I was looking for and for a great price. She was understanding and very polite. She made sure everything that I was getting was in good state and that I was satisfied with it. The store has a great variety, from electronics to instruments and jewelry. Every time I stop by I find something useful and at a good price. I bough my iPhone, tv, ps4 and more in there.

great experience. Able to find 2 great items, brand names,, for when I was looking for the exact same condition, at Walmart for the price of these two. Eric was good with his service and the whole team was energetic and made the whole experience wonderful. Will be back.

I had been in the store a couple of times looking for a ring, but had not found what I wanted. Tonight, I went in with plans to sell a few pieces of jewelry I no longer wear. Eric said he would make me a great deal if I looked at rings first. Tonight, I purchased two beautiful rings and sold my old jewelry. Eric gave me a very fair price for my pieces and a good deal on the new ones. I could not be happier. I will certainly return.

This place is amazing. They have everything, including one of the best saleswomen in Georgia, Kaitlyn. Not only was she helpful and kind, she was funny, friendly and just a ball of positivity. I never felt pressured to buy anything, but again, this place has everything. Even though I went in looking for something very specific, which I found and bought because it was a great deal, just browsing the shelves I found myself saying "Oh man, that's a good price. This pawn shop is WAY over priced! You are better off going elsewhere or buying new. Definitely don't buy any guns here!

So to begin with I have never been to a pawnshop that gives you the most money for your pawn not sell item. I was extremely impressed with sales associate Brittany her customer service was amazing. What blew me away was her manager agreeing to go a little higher to help me out in my situation. I had to go out of town for a funeral and completely forgot to pick up merchandise before I left given the circumstances. I call them this morning and the manager David was amazing an understanding about what happened and agreed or work with me to avoid me losing my merchandise. I must say I am highly impressed with this team and the level of professionalism shown. Great job keep it up😁💯💯💯💯 Update: I had to use their services again last week and once again I received 5 star treatment. Thank you Kaitlyn and the new Assistant Manager I can't remember her name but she was absolutely amazing. I will update with her name.😁😁

Went in yesterday to sell a tv that i wasn't really expecting anything for, and ended up walking out satisfied. Both, Meg and Kaitlyn were as sweet as can be. If i have anything else to pawn, i will definitely be going back to them.

I would recommend this pawn shop for anyone that is looking for electronics at good prices. Patty helped me choose from a good selection of laptops. Her customer service was top notch as she loaded up each one for me so that I could assess each of them. She helped me without being pushy like other shops I've dealt with in the area. Bought a laptop, all in one desktop PC, and a cordless drill set and must say, I got a good price for all of them. Daughter loves the PC! I never ever write reviews so this is already saying a lot. The only nice one there is Brittany, I have not spoken to her myself but heard good things about her. As for the rest of the staff, I would give zero stars I could. Rude, intimidating and disrespectful customer service. As soon as I walked in I got glares up and down, not even a hello or a friendly welcome, and they disregarded my (BRAND NEW DESIGNER) item that I was willing to sell, all because my piece was too "high-end" for them to buy. Despite the rude service, I thanked them and walked out - and as I was in my car pulling away, ALL of them were still staring at me, laughing and talking! So unprofessional. If this was my store I would never treat a customer like that!! That was my first impression of this store and my last. Never walking in there again, I would rather take my business elsewhere.

Today was my first time visiting Pawnopoly. The young man who assisted me, Eric, was terrific. The store is clean and bright, and there were some beautiful pieces of jewelry for very good prices. They even had a few sets of china that I may have to add to my collection if I can find the cabinet space. A great experience overall!

Brittany is the best! They give you what your items are actually worth. I’ve been coming here for years and would never switch up. I’ve bought a tv, a dj set, 3 different Bose speakers, an Xbox, games and more from them and have never had any issues with anything. Went here to purchase a laptop for my job, sadly it ended up being the wrong laptop so I was hoping to return it with the receipt and switch it out for a different one even though I didn’t get a warranty on it. Eric switched it out with NO problem! And threw in a free laptop case as well. Definitely recommend and will be coming back in the future !!
