Regions Bank Hutchison Blvd, Panama City Beach

This Regions Bank branch is so responsive and helpful. I can't say enough good things about the service their bankers provide. They greeted me as I waited to see a banker and took care of everything I needed fast, friendly, and efficiently! Highly recommend!

They said I must have an appointment to start a savings account so I made it for 10:15 am. I arrived at 10 am. I'm still sitting here and it's 10:45 am.

Yesterday, I asked Katherine to send a wire transfer. She went over and above normal customer service and I would give 10 stars if possible!. The wiring instructions from the receiver were wrong and Katherine patiently corrected them so the wire was received the same day. KATHERINE at the Regions branch on Hutchison in PCB, FL gives excellent service!!! I Highly recommend this branch.

Worst bank worst customer service wouldn’t recommend anyone to this bank.they are holding my money and won’t let me close my account.

I love my regions bank they are very friendly and helpful. No one is perfect, but this is my experience. This is why I tell all my friends about regions bank i got some to join and the others still thinking about it😀. PLUS i can use my regions card anywhere in the world. 😁If I have a problem I call them and they get right on it. Thanks regions.

On multiple counts, I have tried to access my money via ATM because I work difficult hours with my job. The last 8 times I have tried to go to either regions on Hutchinson blvd. Or off of PCB parkway, the ATM has been non functional, and I cannot access my money. I have tried to contact the inside of both offices, and every time it takes me to an automated message. This is ridiculous. I need access to my money, when I need access to it. I am one more bad experience away from closing my account with this company. I’m a young man who has only had one bank account, and even I know that something is fishy with regions. Appointments only? To deal with MY money? This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. I cal and call and call, but still no answer. I get on the website at 9 am to make an appointment “no available appointments for today” You’re playing with my money again. I’d love to sit with one of you and express the way I feel about you, but I can’t because I can’t even get in contact with any of you incompetents

Requires 2 forms of Id to cash their own check. But wont take your birth certificate. So stupid... Make you have a credit card. Why?! Why would I have to have a credit card to cash their own check. Do not go here!

I use bank on Thomas Dr. Chris Chestnut is great. All bank employees at that location are great. However, the company that owns the ATM need some grand improvements. Three times I have used atm to deposit $ and it cuts off . I had to wait 3 days for my monies. That to me is unacceptable. They she consider a better ATM company. This could make a decision to leave or stay for slot of customers.

Around 10am today I deposited 840.00$ my first transaction it went perfect but my 2nd deposit of 810.00 didn’t fall thru because the ATM shut down out of no where on me!!! I waited patiently for the employees to let me know what the issue was so I logged into my regions and it said the second transaction of 810.00 was Pending but my 1st transaction had went thru just fine! I showed the clerk at the window my phone and she politely said oh if says it’s pending it will be in your bank shortly?? But I didn’t understand these are transactions back to back so why wouldn’t the first one go thru like the same even though the ATM did shut off on me and my 2nd transaction says it’s still “pending” I would think it would still be on my bank details and summary but it’s not!!! If my money is pending where is it at??? So I called customer support they are gonna send someone to fix the machine and hopefully return my money safe and sound in my account or to me! I hope we can get this resolved I Love regions and this is my first issue is 6 years hate to say it
