Regional Finance Texas Pkwy, Missouri City

Regional Finance in Missouri City is my go to when I am in need of funds. Mrs. Gabby is professional, yet friendly and personable. It feels like one big family when I walk into the office and see all of the ladies. Ms. Fel, Mrs. Marie, and Ms. Annette. I stop by and say hi when I'm just visiting the area. I am always greeted when I walk in the door. The energy in the office is very uplifting even when I visit.

Best customer service ever! Gabby is so caring, friendly, and always in such great spirits. When I visit the office the staff greets me , they're always smiling and the office lights up with their great spirits.

Marie, Gabby, Fel and Mary are all very friendly when I visit the Texas parkway location every month to pay my bill. And they always assure that I’m happy every time before I leave. I love their costumer service.

Do not trust Regional Finance. I authorized a $100 payment but the employee at the Dairy Ashford branch drafted $281 out of my account instead. I called about the matter and was told the lady responsible "Nicole" (I doubt that was her real name) was no longer with the company and left the company the same day the payment was scheduled from my account and the reason she left was none of my business. They offered no way to resolve the issue or take responsibility.

Great customer service especially from Felmarys. she is very pleasant and sweet while helping others she was great with assisting me. Definitely will go back there and see her if i have any other issues.

If I can give them more than 5 STARS I will love too. First I was greeted like the most important person in the world by all of the employees; Gabby, Marie, & Fel. I went for a loan and got approved. These ladies made the process easy and fast. They got me to understand my agreement with my loan. I felt welcome during my visit. I'll definitely be back to this location if I need another loan. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update: I spoke to corporate, and they were very helpful. Along the way, their was a miscommunication. After calling them, speaking with someone in the claims department, and someone in the insurance claim department as well, our claim was looked at and processed. Gabby, the manager of our branch location, called them as well to get an update. She was very helpful and nice. I just wish no one has to ever use this services because of a lay off or any reason for that matter. It is very stressful. I'm just glad that the staff at Regional Finance was very courteous and was willing to help us with our situation. A big load off our backs! Thank you everyone! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I would give them no stars if I could! We have been using their services for a long time and we have never had any problems. Then again, we have always made our payments on time, and if we were late we wouldn't go over the 10 days grace they give you and we will call to inform them always. Well, recently we got another loan, a very large one may I add, and we decided to purchase the insurance just in case, well, turns out the insurance is not a reliable thing. Paid $1,200 or so more on the loan for this services in case you get disabled, or involuntary unemployment. Well, to our misfortune, one of our incomes has been terminated due to a lay off. So 3 months later, Regional is sending us bills that we are over due 3 months and that a payment is required, after they told us the insurance will cover for it and everything will be okay. I am very upset, what is the point of getting all this expensive insurance if it doesn't cover for anything! I will be calling corporate, sending a letter with all my insurance documents, and sending the information to BBB as well. This is unfair in their part, because they tell you about this insurance and how much it will help you for it not to even work for you when you need it.

Gabby is the most rudest manager, she does not know how to talk intelligently. I have asked her time and time again not to call me number and she refuses. There are other employees that can call me if she calls me again I will fill charges of harassment. I have the right as a consumer to ask someone not to contact me.

This is the WORST location ever. DO not go the staff is uneducated about taxes and the difference between a business and personal! Do not go there! Unprofessional

I have been with Regional since 2018 and all the staff is very helpful polite. Everyone is greeted with a Friendly Hello and how can we help you. I will not use any other office I love the staff. Thank you Regional Missouri City. Rose Edwards
