I am extremely satisfied with the service received from Regional Financial of Columbus GA. I was personally assisted by Ms Shanilka, her uplifting spirit and professionalism was above, beyond any service I’ll ever received. The entire staff was very polite, kind, professional and had the most welcoming spirit. I told them I appreciated their warm welcoming and professional. I called the office 20 minutes before closing and received the same uplifting service I received when I called at 0830 in the morning. I’ll highly recommend Regional Finance-highly recommend.
