Absolutely professional, but with a wonderful catong attitude. Had big set back with my husband passing away unexpectedly and a loss of income and she got it all straighened out for me . When I first went in for a loan I thought I would have to use my car as collateral but Becky helped find the right loan for me so I didn't have to do that. I've done business with Regional Finance for a while and I always appreciate that they really do try to do the best for you and are considerate of your situation and needs. I highly recommend them.

Maria was helpful but the manager just didn’t go above and beyond to get me the loan I needed. So no I’m not satisfied at all! I paid off my loan with you and intended to pay whatever I borrowed now as well I have a 711 credit score and I don’t appreciate them running my credit like they were gonna help me! I just needed the money for a couple of weeks but now I’ll never do business with you again! I said that last time cause of the managers attitude and I went back now to find out her attitude still hasn’t changed! I really wish you would take me off your mailing list Please...... Thank you
