I recently opened a account with Regional Finance. Jennifer Murillo, branch manager, and Adriana were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Excellent customer service. Same day service! Regional is a great option. If you are looking for debt consolidation. I highly recommend the Irving branch without reservation.

Meredith from the very beginning was extremely rude when I showed up to my appointment took longer than it should have because she put insurance that I never requested and when I did ask her to remove it she got an attitude and was rude with me and you could tell that she was upset by me voicing the fact that she didn’t do her job properly. I wasted an hour didn’t even get the loan all because they told me I had to come back but I don’t have the time to be doing it by their means if they would’ve asked what I wanted from the very beginning we never would’ve wasted mine or their time yet they want to get an attitude when they were the ones at fault. Meredith makes this location horrible and unprofessional. This is only the location on 1918 story because the other location wasn’t this incompetent.

I know Finance companies usually get BAD reviews, but my experience with Regional Finance has been quite pleasant. I opted for a 18 month loan. The interest rate was definitely high, but we ran into a small financial emergency and needed a quick, hassle-free loan. I was late with a payment, once or twice, but when they contacted me, they always treated me with dignity and respect. I pray that I never get into another financial bind, but if I do--I will definitely use them again. Because the interest rate is so high, I would only recommend them if your immediate financial need warrants it...t would have gotten 5 stars, if their website was designed to receive payments on-line. Then it would be perfect!
