Regional Finance 50th St, Lubbock

I recently refinanced my loan after receiving a pre-approved letter in the mail for my previous loan in good standing. I must say these ladies go over and beyond to make sure you get the money you need. I will definitely go back and refer others as well. Awesome customer service.

I am very hard to please but the staff at Regional 50th location took such good care of me, and made this process so easy. Ask for Mixtly, she was such a sweetheart and earned my trust early on in the application process.

The staff is so friendly and always smiling. They greet me every time I walk in. Great company to do business with.

This was as the absolutely worst customer service I have received in a very long time! After being approved and working nearly two hours with Linda. Only to be told that they needed additional approval. Cool no problem! Well next thing I know, Linda is walking out the front door. She Sees me and tells me I'll get with you later. Fine okay, well 2 hours go buy and I haven't heard from her. So I call in, they tell me she's busy so I leave message and another hour and a half goes by and nothing so I call back in ask to speak with Linda no response and I am placed on hold. My frustration with this is the manager Issac was involved in this and sat at his desk and didn't want to be bothered by any means ! So I politely took my busineas else where!! I know most people who go here really need help in hard times. However I was just there to help build my credit !! Never again will they have a chance !! If you need to repair or build credit with out getting killed by the intrest rates , try world finance!! Much much better professional environment, and the staff is absolutely amazing !!

I called to see about an loan. Put on hold 3 mins then rings getting message noone cant take my call. All busy. I called 3 times after but no answer. After I had someone on phone. Not good customer service.

Very good. Very helpful but needs more employees. Our agent had to be answering the phone while helping us .
