If I could give less than one star I would. I am a co-signer on a loan with this company and never have I ever received a phone call, letter, or anything saying the payment is late so I can take care of it. Then all of a sudden I get a late payment put on my credit. Why is it that I have called and given them my information to avoid this situation, but still this happened! I am livid I am on the loan and deserve to be contacted in the event that the vehicle is late!

I was involved in a accident that totaled my car. My insurance company is trying to pay them off but they are refusing to give them the pay off. I called today myself and the lady was so rude. God works in mysterious ways. I'm so glad I didn't go through them for my next purchase. Be aware people.

I purchased my first luxury car through Regional and although my interest was RIDICULOUS, I had no problem with them. They worked with me and the customer service was pretty good. C’mon guys-if you have a “credit challenged” resume, then these are the kind of companies that you are forced to deal w/. But PAY YOUR BILLS ON TIME and guess what??? Life gets a lot easier. I had no problems at all with them. I used them for what I needed at the time and moved on..end of story

Do not believe the 5 star reviews! They’re all fake! Probably paid or employees. You know this because they have nothing good to say about the company, just that people who view the company negatively “don’t pay their loan on time” LOLOLOL I can attest that you can pay your loan on time everytime and still manage to get messed around by this company. Awful. Should be shut down by now.

Every time I have had to call for any reason,Regional Acceptance has been soo kind! They treat their customers like friends! Literally each time and each person has been wonderful. I seriously want to thank Amber,Your kindness was soo appreciated,during a time when I just lost My Mother You went above and beyond to help us and Your kindness was just something beautiful! Customer service goes a LONG WAY! THANK you All! I also spoke with Yvonne who was also Super kind and awesome!

Zero stars!!! Please go to bbb.com for real reviews. This company are full of thieves!!! Since when do you pay the finance company your insurance deductible after your car has been totaled!!! After my car was totaled on November 15th and the insurance company paid them off, regional made me pay my monthly payment until February of the following year. And they wanted another month payment despite collecting the full amount of the deductible, stating they’re still collecting interest. Don’t be fooled by anything their selling. On the coldest day I wouldn’t even by heat from their scamming a**.

If I could give a 0 star I would. The car had gotten totalled my insurance paid them 16,000 out of the 23,000 plus the warranty cancelled which took them over 4 months to complete while this is hitting the credit.After all of that they still wanted another 9 hundred and something. After that they still put 5$ on the credit. Quick to hit your credit with points but won't make it current to fix the credit. I will never finance through them ever again!!!

I bought one car from them and WILL NEVER buy another again!!! I wouldn't finance ANYTHING with them if they were the last finance company on earth!!! They nickel and dime you every step of the way. I financed a used 2013 Sonata base model and literally paid for the price of a luxury car through them. Yes my credit was a little challenged, but EVERY dealer that saw my deal told me this is one of the worst finance companies and they almost hate dealing with them because of deals like mine!!! RUN!!!

Absolutely awful customer service. Everyone I speak with is extremely rude, short with you, and speaks over you. Do not go with his company to finance your vehicle! I honestly don't know how they stay in business.
