The women who work the window are absolutely rude, unprofessional, condescending, & don't belong working w the public at all. They prefer to be on their cell phones. They have no manners.If you say hello or Good morning, the one womans response is uh huh. My husband has been in their 2 times, & both times they refused to help him, the last time she slammed the paper down. I recommend if you want to be treated w any courtesy, & have your questions answered do yourself a favor & GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

It says open at 9 on Saturday and its 1030 and nobody is even in the store

there always very nice. And they pretty much know who I am when I come in.

This is actually the first review I have ever posted. I just have to say... The experience I had at Regina's in Troy NY was absolutely awful! Ive spent most of my life working in sales and customer service so perhaps my expectations were too high but I don't believe that treating people with basic human decency is too much to ask for. The Women working the windows were miserable, they were so rude and condescending. I try to be patient with people because I know that sometimes you just have a bad day but this was beyond unprofessional. I didn't even finish my transaction because they made it clear that me being in there much less doing their job was too inconvenient. How dare I say hello or ask for help right? Lol and honestly this is the experience I have everytime I go into this place. Not just towards myself but with every single person I see interact with these employees. I highly recommend going anywhere but here to do your business!

I called yesterday around 3pm to ask a question and the phone just rang and rang, its now the next day at 9:10am and still no one has answered the phone.
