Regina Check Cashing Broadway, Newburgh

I go to cash a check and signed it at home. They tell me they can't cash it because its already signed. What difference does that make if I'm presenting you my license with signature and my picture AND the check is made out to the exact name on my license. The most asinine bs I've heard in a long time. U can't pick & choose whom to do business with if you're open to the PUBLIC! Why would I NOT sign my check and who in the hell would know that the cashier NEEDS to see me sign It? BS at its best!

Never used a check cashing place and I walked in they never greeted the place smells horrible. She proceeded to say why would you sign it rudely I said what do you mean it's a check why would I not sign it. Then she says well it too old(its a week old) they says go to a bank. If I could dont you think I would!!! Will never ever go there again

I went there with an out of state check for less than a $100 dollars. They said they do not cash out of state checks. No where on the wall with their fee schedule does it state this. I used my Western Union Prepaid Mastercard mobile check deposit. They accepted the check for a $5 dollar fee. Then they deposited the money in my account in a half hour. The check was even faint on the front. Didn't think they would accept it. They did. Thank you Western Union. To hell with Regina Check cashing. Will never bring an in state or out of state check to you again! You can believe that!

The check cashing teller and also her manager both denied me of cashing my check their due to the fact I did not sign at the window I bought in all forms of information with me that were needed such as ID And also my pay stub and was still denied access to my check for everyone's information do not ever come to this place

Went there once like a couple weeks ago. It was Aiight they were pretty welcoming.. PR shawty with the 2hearts on her neck look cute

Was gonna post this last week but I’ve been busy working but i wish i could give them negative stars. Thanks to the lazy clerk there i had to drive all the way to Middletown to cash my check. She tried to tell me my check wasn’t in her system so she couldn’t cash it which makes no sense at all. All she had to do was verify it like any other check cashing place in the world. Very poor customer service. This is the second time she pulled that too and i had to go all the way to Middletown. Not everyone with large checks are scammers dummy. 🙄 do your job..........

Just called to find out how much is the limit to collect through WU and the customer representative was so rude!!! She hung up on me and didn’t even wait to hear what my next question is about!!! Whoever she is needs to find a next job because she doesn’t know how to talk to customers!!! Lacking customer services skills!!! A big no no for me!!! The worse!!!!!

Went to get a money order and they wanted to know everything about me where i live work who i work for what i do social security number and all i sell drugs thats what i do...lmao.jkjk went across the street to post office no questions asked..

I've never had a problem here. The people are always nice to me and I usually get in and out pretty quickly.
