Regina Check Cashing Central Ave, Albany

Needed to cash a check after my banks hours, i stumbled upon this spot. Priscilla was very friendly and quickly helped me. Easy, fast, and good Customer service.

Venus was exceptional. She was extremely kind and professional. I was having a horrible day and was nervous i wouldn't be able to cash my check. Venus made a quick call to verify employment and i was all set. I can't stress enough how great she was. The other women dealing with customers seemed very nice as well. I will definitely return. Thank you again VENUS....you really improved my day.

Quite filthy area and no hand sanitation stations or wipes. No one cleans counters, at least rotation way. Oopps, i am sorry ladies but it's true. Twice this week at your place and no one cares to wipe either counters either floor.

Had to cash my expense check here. They had originally (without checking) told me they couldn't cash my check. I then told them one of my co workers does here reguarly and then they checked my employer and accepted the check. After that it was fairly quick and easy.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ghetto rachet females that work there stink n got attitudes just because. Very unprofessional place...they hire any hoodlum

Just called to see what I would need to cash a check and to try to figure out if they accept the type I needed to deposit and the lady on the phone was extremely rude. I was asking questions and she just had no answer. Was extremely dismissive and didn’t really seem to want to help and spoke to me with an attitude like I was getting in the way of her day. If you have employees answering the phone then maybe they should know that they are talking about to be able to provide the customer service that SHOULD just be common courtesy. Or maybe just hire better workers, I’m a manager and if one of my employees talked to a customer like how I was just talked to it would be immediate termination. Not happy with the phone conversation I just had. Definitely won’t even be stepping foot in this establishment.

Called to see if they were still open at normal business hours for Christmas Eve at 4:40pm 12/24/20 . Girl on the phone (wish I got her name) was rude and unprofessional. Woo chile the GHETTO! 🤮🤮🤮 This is definitely a last last last LAST resort!

Quick service, very easy, and more importantly, very understanding to the community they cater to. However, Brittany from the 911 Central Avenue location needs to be fired for lack of professionalism.

Very rude SHE the Spanish lady would not allow me to talk jus assume something before allowing me to talk turned me down for absolutely no REASON

The lady at this reginas was so rude and disrepectful. She also be stealing out the till im not quite sure her name but she was working early at this reginas around 10 and she stole money from me so no this place only get one star
