My Fiancé and I were ready to buy a house, we were being assisted by Shelby Lafay.. it started off good.. said we needed to pay down a couple of our credit cards and he'll get back with us.. our over-all experience with Shelby was poor.. we were told he got our updated info and he was gonna get back with us the next day.. its been a month from his promised next day and nothing.. since he did a hard pull and we trusted him our window to use another mortgage agency closed without hurtingour credit. he basically screwed us over..

Jeremy Paine got us a lower interest rate and saved us couple thousand dollars in closing cost, The only glitch we had was I canceled loan application with anther company to go with Regent and getting the other company to release VA case number. Other than that was pretty easy. Jeremy fast to answer any questions, Even taking time on the weekend to talk to us and go over loan estimates from the Regent and the other Company. Could not get the other Company loan officer on a week end. So my advice is you are refinancing you can not go wrong with Regent Financial and be sure ask for Jeremy Paine.

After a terrible experience being denied two days before scheduled closing with CU Companies, we found Jeremy Paine and Regent Financial. He patiently helped us through each step and was very reassuring and compassionate. We got a much lower interest rate and a more comfortable payment, and very much appreciate everything Jeremy and his team did for us throughout the process. Thank you so much!

Jeremy has been the greatest. I am a first time home owner and he made it almost painless. I tend to panic and Jeremy was so caring and understanding. I'll never be able to repay him . I would highly recommend Jeremy for any financing or refinancing needs.

Currently waiting on some lady to just send in paperwork so we can close on the house we want, she told us we had to pay credit card down to 1,000 even to get credit score up although (supposedly) we were preapproved, $469.73 later she still can't seem to do her job with "quality" this is our first home were buying and it sure Is putting a bad taste in our mouths... going on two months just to close, let me add the fact she was supposed to have the papers typed and sent in "within a couple of days" two days later were told were not closing this weekend, like we'd been told we would. Shitty ass company.

I’ve left a bad review on ONE company before. Im generally a stress free and calm person. And It takes a lot to really make me upset. So, When I tell you I had an awful experience I mean it. That being said. Regent Financial in Wichita is an absolute nightmare to work with. They have run us and our buyers through the mud for THREE months. They lowered our buyers credit score by 40 points making her ineligible to buy a house and also told her it was okay to buy a car while in the process of buying a house. We were supposed to close on our house multiple times, but the most recent was at 3pm yesterday. At 1215 they called and said THEY Missed something on our buyers credit and can no longer close. This was the third time this has happened with the same group. They have drug our closing out since May 29-costing Jared and I thousands of dollars. They are poorly ran, do not have their ducks in a row and are have zero idea what they are doing. So, now 3 months and thousands of dollars later our house is on the market again. They constantly told us they would have an answer by “this date” and nothing. If you are buying or selling a house I would go anywhere except regent financial. *this is not the first time they’ve been reported

Several years ago I refinanced my home mortgage thru Regent Financial Group. Jeremy Paine was my loan officer. He was so easy to work with and went the extra mile to make sure it was refinanced the way I wanted it. I had a very good experience. Then a few months ago Jeremy called me and said he could save me some money if I refinanced now at the lower interest rate. I agreed it was the best way to go, and again, I had a very pleasant experience and the refinance was done in a timely manner. Jeremy again, went the extra mile to be sure everything was done correctly and I am now saving money each month, because of his expertise. If I should ever need another mortgage financed in the future, I will definitely be going to Regent Financial Group, with Jeremy Paine as my loan officer.

Jeremy Paine and his patience and persistence is what allowed me to buy my home. I had a very unique situation when trying to buy my home because of my job. Instead of just telling me that he couldn't help me and that he didn't understand my situation like others did, he made sure that he fully understood what I was saying and so that he could help me any way he could to make my dreams come true and be able to buy my home. Jeremy was very patient and very diligent on making sure that anything and everything that I needed was answered and taken care of throughout the whole buying process. Plain and simple if it wasn't for Jeremy being such a great guy and doing everything that he could to get me into my home, it wouldn't have happened. I highly recommend Jeremy Paine to anyone and everyone that is looking to buy a home. He gets the job done, no matter how hard or complex your situation may be.

Jeremy did a great job refinancing our home- he went above and beyond in ensuring the process went smoothly. He made himself available and accessible. I appreciate that he continues to check in with us on a regular basis. I would highly recommend him! -Stacey
