I do not recommend Open Mortgage! We dealt with Open Mortgage for 3 months in trying to get the loan for a house. The lender we used asked for documents in the last 2 weeks that they should have been asked for in the beginning. Multiple times he only gave us half the information that we needed and we didn't find the rest out until the next business day. There is definitely much more that I could say about our experience with Open Mortgage but unfortunately, I don't have time to write a book. I would not suggest using Open Mortgage if you are trying to purchase a house. My fiance and I will learn from the mistakes that the lender made and proceed to finding a new lender that can do their job correctly.

David Vonfeldt was our mortgage broker and our experience was amazing! Open Mortgage is the best lender I have ever worked with. David and our real estate agent, Tara, worked hand in hand so well, definitely took alot of the communication stress out of my hands. The loan process was so smooth and laid back, nothing like any experience I have ever had in purchasing a home. David was always accessible even on weekends and even when he was out of the country!
