The process from beginning to end was exceptional. We looked at a lot of homes, asked for a lot of cost sheets and Bob was always on it for us. Working with Bob Vensko with Regal Home lending has been the most amazing experience. He spent so much time explaining everything during the mortgage process and explored every option to make sure I was making the best decision. He definitely went above and beyond in helping me and even reached out when rates dropped in the future in effort to help me save even more money. Sanna, made my life so much easier when I needed to refinance my home. I’m a single women on a fixed income and she went out of her way to help me trough a very difficult time in my life . She did all the work and then some . I will always be great full for her . If you ever need to buy, sell, or refinance your home call on her . She is amazing.

The team here are just efficent and personable. No matter when i called i never got a voice mail. Text messages with questions were responded to in moments. The numbers were what i was told they were going to be at closing. I would not trust my family or friends with any other lender.

She was very quick with getting information or whatever letters we needed within minutes - which is a game changer in today’s market with putting offers in on houses! Bob and his team made our home buying experience a pleasure. He was attentive to details, had quick and thorough correspondence and always answered my questions in a timely fashion. He even came up with an idea to save money on our mortgage that other lenders didn't bother to mention! He also researched some alternative home owner's insurance quotes as well when he saw our premium was higher than is typical. As a bonus, their online system for reviewing, signing and sending documents was easy to use. Highly recommend!
