Level One Bank's customer service is beyond pitiful. They treat you like a second class citizen and do not have your best interest in mind. Infact, it honestly feels like they strive to do the absolute minimum to satisfy their customers. I would highly recommend you bank literally anywhere else.

I have been working with Level One Bank on a home loan. All of a sudden, Brad Donnelly at Level One asks for a mountain of paperwork, most of which I had already sent Level One. It's scary to think they lost information that has my SS# and such on it. I'm not going to keep paying the postage fees to continuously send them information. I requested a SASE to send the materials to them if they want the same information I had already paid to send them before. Level One completely ignored me. I don't recommend doing business with this ungrateful company.

Absolutely second to none!!!!!I have been with 3 different banks in the last 25 years and the service I receive/d at Level One is superior to all the others! They are always responsive to all of my need (commercial and business).Joe
