I HAVE to give a shout out to Ms. Taylor G. Who helped me through pretty much everything in my refinance process. Patient, amazing at her job, and very respectful. She even makes the process fun. I was a little all over the place, but she helped keep me together through the entire process. She definitely deserves a big time raise because the way she’s responsive, i’m SURE she approaches all of her guests the same way. She, without a doubt, loves her job, and I repeat, is AMAZING at it. RefiJet did an awesome job adding her to their team! I can not thank her enough. :)

Was definitely skeptical at first, but customer service and professionalism was legit. Had a dedicated person to call AND text throughout the process - did have some issues with my loan I was trying to refinance and RefiJet employees worked together to get it sorted out and closed. Very thankful and would definitely use their services again.

I contacted and spoke to several people about buying out the lease on my car. RefiJet not only found me the best rate around, but their team was very easy to work with as well. Miguel Ruvalcaba was the rep I worked with, and he was very good about keeping in touch by phone, email and text. He listened to my wishes and didn't try to push anything on me. RefiJet made the document process as easy as it could be, and everything with smoothly with securing a loan to buy out my lease. I would highly recommend RefiJet to anyone looking for an auto loan.

Megan was excellent! Best experience in getting a loan I ever had. She went the extra mile several times for me and made sure I got everything done and right. She even stayed late to make sure my paperwork was completed and done right before I sent it out. That’s something you don’t see much anymore! The company stuck gold when they got her! They found me a fantastic rate, but their communication is very poor. I started the process on 5/3/22 and it finished on 5/18/22. I had to call numerous times to check the status of the loan because they do not keep you updated. I also had to call numerous times because their document tracking system does not work correctly. The loan closed, but I still do not have final documentation. Fortunately, I called the lender directly and received the information I need.

I used Refi jet to for a lease buy out and I was very satisfied with the process. All went with no hassle. It was easy to upload the required documents and Hadley Rowan, my agent, kept me informed and always responded promptly when I had any questions. Highly recommend them if you have refinance needs.

I refinanced about a year ago, and got the extended warranty. I traded my car in, and originally was told I’d be reimbursed whenever I cancelled the membership. I’ve been calling twice a day for 3 weeks, scheduled multiple appointments with absolutely no call back. All customer service and representatives just tell me “sorry that’s all I can do”. I am owed a large sum of money, and can’t seem to get ahold of anyone. Would give negative states if that was an option. Would not recommend this company to anybody.

I worked with April regarding my vehicle's Title. She was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. She not only returned my calls and messages promptly but also followed up with me numerous of times until the issue was resolved.

I had an incredibly easy and efficient process in refinancing my car loan. Shaun Dennin assisted me and showed professionalism and promptness. The bottom line is that Shaun made saving over $100/month on my car loan quick and easy. I wouldn't hesitate at all to suggest both Shaun and RefiJet to my friends and colleagues.

Had a little bit of communication issues in the end of the process which led me to post a negative review at first. However it was the quality assurance manager I believe that definitely went out his way to help me get them all resolved in quick and professional manor. Besides the slight hiccup in communication they made the process overall super easy for my first refinance.

You know how sometimes it seems that things are never easy, and everything has to be so hard? Well not this!!!! Couldn't have asked for a better transaction. The only thing that held up the process was me, but during a personal family crisis, my agent Matt was understanding, patient and professional. I purchased my car about 6 months ago and they were able to save me almost 6% interest in this little amount of time. Quick math for you that's about $2,400 over the life of my loan. And it was basically effortless. I was approved without even a full credit pull. Easy, professional, friendly. Just do it, no brainer. Thanks Matt Hurtt!!

ReFiJet excellent company to refinance your vehicle. I got a good rate based on my credit score and they were to include the extend warranty and Gap coverage within the monthly payment I asked for and I got approved through a wonderful Credit Union. Thank you ReFiJet and Eric Graves

RefiJet's Gabriel went above and beyond to help me out. I saved more than I expected and was happy with the thoroughness of the process. It was clean and simple. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to financing an auto.

I spoke with Joseph Harris to see what was required for refinancing. He took all of our information down, transferred us over to another guy that went over the details with my wife and I. He said he will reach back out to us the next day. Joseph or anybody else from RefiJet has not returned my phone calls or emails. I have replied back to Joseph Harris via email after I received am email informing me they have tried calling me, and for me to call them. I did, got voicemail; so, if you want to be ghosted, call them. They are extremely proficient in ignoring you. Can't speak on anything else!!

Googled best refinance companies refiner came up was optimistic by the first phone call but once I agreed to the credit inquiry process and sent my tax returns ect. Communication was non existent. I had to contact them again to get things moving everything looked to be moving forward another week goes by no communication I asked to speak with a manager that day nobody called. Called the next day and expressed my disapproval for their handling of everything all the sudden they finally start accommodating me had me esign all my paperwork as well as tell me to sign power of attorney to reregister vehicle with bank name on my behalf, told me to send final paperwork through ups store. Calls the next day after all the signatures stating the bank denied. Ran a hard inquiry on my credit fully signed paperwork and dropped the ball. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Dealing with Refijet has been a nightmare. I was assigned Heather Russell for my car refinancing and she failed us. From misleading information, ruining my credit by delaying all matters to lack of courtesy, unprofessionalism, avoiding our messages to ultimately dropping the ball with our process. If you can avoid this Refijet/ Heather Russell, do yourself the favor and don't waste your time which is valuable when you have urgency. Do not do business with them. You will thank me later!

Shout out to Mike, I had a 14.9 apr, with 310, per month, now it's 5.29 percent with 234.00 per month, glad I decided to do this, and no payments for 60 days, great job..AAAAA+++....ok update... after asking many times if they have everything they need, they say yes, but then it's another paper they need, taking longer then expected. I have been trying to get information about my documents and warranties to cancel for about 2 months and so far no answers. You guys did a good job helping me when refinancing my car but now that you guys now that I want to cancel it the warranty is like a ghost company.

RefiJet totally ghosted me on my car lease buyout. I attempted to contact them multiple times to no response and even left a voicemail which was never returned AFTER uploading multiple documents and giving out my SSN which they ran a credit check with. I DO NOT recommend this service if you are looking to buyout your lease, especially if you have limited time as they will say things like they are "waiting on the lender for approval" and then you'll never hear from them again. I have good credit and was responsive to their requests within the day. Save time and look elsewhere!

I started the search to refinance in hopes to lower my monthly payment and interest rate. Both are now lower and Justin Albrecht was the most helpful in providing me with all the information needed, explaining everything in detail and helping me through the process. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service!

Do not refinance with them they got a lower interest rate but put a $2000 gap insurance on my car making my payments the same as before I refinanced I sold the car a few months after and called them to cancel my gap insurance to get some of that money back well it's been 4 months every time I call they say they are sending an email to the department responsible the lady that was assigned to my cancelation does now respond to my text or calls. I need my money back !!!!!!!!!!

Wow where to begin at first everything went fine then it started, in-complete documents were sent, which facilitated another trip to notary, then no return calls or replies to mails, had to follow up on my own to the credit union who approved the refi to find out if loan was processing properly, then refi jet was to send payoff by overnight and come to find out the sent it regular mail and told me my credit union wouldn't accept an overnight which was a false statement as I spoke to the credit union and they said they wouldn't say that ...be aware that if you use refi jet do not depend upon them to properly follow up; upon further clarification Refi Jet said the reason they sent the pay off by regular mail is due to UPS not being able to deliver to a POB however upon receipt of a copy of the check the check was made out to the credit union with a physical address.....WOW...When I spoke to quality control about this they were not able to provide an reasonable explanation. I believe the processing fee for this refi needs to be reimbursed to me since I did 80% of the following up on this refi, not the assigned representative!

Quoted a lower interest rate than another lender, yet the payment was $30 higher. Tried to up-sale me on a warranty package that was $70/month over 60 months and only covered the vehicle for another 40k-60k miles. Quoted erroneous prices for labor in relation to the vehicle and possible issues to persuade me on the warranty package. With all that said the people I worked with were a genuine pleasure to talk to.

My husband and I are very impressed by this company. Dustin was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was straight forward and there were no surprises. We had our welcome email from the credit union in 6 days. It was the most seamless process. We are very happy with their service and highly recommend them if you are looking to save lots of money.

So I was in a car loan where I was basically just paying thousands in interest and I started searching the web for a place to refinance my Kia Niro. I ran into to so many "you don't have enough income and your credit score this and that." Special thanks to Matthew Ludiker. He received my refinance application and got to work the very next day. He was able to find me a bank that would cut my interest rate in half and lower my payment. My experience with refijet was wonderful and I felt that I was in good hands the entire time. I applied on a Sunday and my new loan was finalized Thursday. I was ghosted.. after having a bad experience with another company I tried this one working with Connor Bappe. I provided all of my information and explained the situation/past experience and I was assured I "wouldn't be ghosted here" but yet I was, shortly after. No replies at all with no explanation.. wasted time and stress unfortunately

I cannot believe how poorly Refijet handled my situation. I requested a refinance to which they said "absolutely I got you approved for 5.4% at X amount down" Ok I'm good with that. They came back oh sorry it got denied for X reason, but we have one at 15% for 72 months at X down. Fine lets do that. No, nevermind they will only do 60 months at X down. But I thought this was approved after I spent 30 dollar notarizing and sending documents via UPS? I have never been tugged around a told one thing if not another by so many different people at one organization ever. All I wanted was to do business and spend money but you made it impossible. I would advise not using Refijet if you can avoid it. PS: They ding'd my credit score 3 times trying to get approvals.

I implore everyone who looks into this company to look up AUL Corp which is their warranty company and read the reviews. That alone should steer you clear of Refijet. Having a warranty on a used automobile is an absolute necessity and these two go hand in hand.

If I could make this no stars I would. I worked with Walter Gallegos. He made the refinance sound so easy and quoted me lower payment on my car. When I went to sign the paperwork all of the prices he had quoted me were incorrect. They were extremely higher than what he had said they would be and everything I said I didn't want in the contract he put in anyways. When did say I wanted the gap insurance, that was never added. He flat out lied about everything just trying to get his commission. They told me I didn't have the correct paperwork turned in and that I needed to get it turned in before anything would go through. When I realized that the payments weren't what they said and the car refinance was extremely high I decided to cancel. I let Walter know this and he never got back to me. About a week later I got a notice saying that I had a new financing company. So after everything I went through they decided it was good for them to push my paperwork through anyways. We had told them we didn't want to go through with this refinance and they did it anyways. We are still in the process of fighting this and will give an update when we are through! Do not sign anything until you have read everything!!!!

Found a lender that would go with my terms and lowered my interest rate by 12 pts. Ease and simplicity. Mr Justin Albrecht was incredibly attentive, helpful and knowledgeable of the process. What an asset to your company.

Wasted my time, was approved with flagship credit acceptance after a month of back and forth, sending them the same documents over and over again because they were rejecting them. They finally accepted the exact same documents I kept sending. I called constantly just to be told I would get a call back. Never called back. Finally after calling several times they finally tell me the same bank that approved me is now saying they are declining it. They say I was declined because they don't accept my type of income. Thanks for wasting my time. Seth is the only good thing over there.

Maybe the worse experience I’ve had. Someone told me how great their customer service was and how they would help me get a lower interest rate on a car I’ve had 3 years. So we try them out, the promised the moon and couldn’t get off the ground. Told we were good to go, they had all the info only to ghost us for 5 days until we called them and got the run around. Just an awful experience.

Let me start off with, Dustin was great to work with and his customer service is the only reason I went through with this company as I definitely thought about backing out halfway through. To sum up all details below: I wouldn't use this company again. I think you're better off doing your own research and refinancing on your own with a lot less of a hassle (in my experience) and no fees. If you don't want to do any research and you have plenty of patience, RefiJet is an okay choice purely for their customer service alone. In fairness, I did get a good monthly payment, a decent interest rate, and gap protection with a reputable bank though I could have done that myself as who they sent me to second was on my list and for the same rate as RefiJet gave me. Now to the not so good... This has been the most complicated and drawn out auto refinance I've ever done. It took 7 whole days to just get every single back and forth over documents and etc. Reminds me of the mortgage process where underwriters are always asking for too much. In some fairness, the first guess of a company to send me to didn't work. Resulting in two credit pulls. Second, they charge a fee for their service, which was not mentioned to me upfront. This fee is supposed to be because they do the work for you. I think you're better off doing your own research and finding a high probability of approval yourself. I once refinanced with Capital One and it was so easy (done in 15 minutes) that I had to call to make sure I didn't need to do anything else. I believe they make the process way harder than it should be. Third, their system is absolutely horrendous. The secure system is a mess that looks like a developer threw it together overnight and leaves you with more phone calls, more confusion, and a lot less patience. Their new(?) payment system is also a hot mess. It's not mobile friendly as it cuts off half the poorly made screen and it feels sketchy because it's so poorly done. Also, it doesn't seem to actually charge. It just authorized my down payment transaction which caused it to sit pending on my account until my bank dropped it off. They never actually processed the transaction. So now my loan is funded, my old loan is paid off, even received the mail from the new bank and I still haven't been able to actually get them to take my down payment money. My opinion is: make the fee clear from the very beginning. For goodness sake, please spend the money to fix the awful software and gateway/processor problems. Luckily most people don't make down payments on refinances but I chose to and some may as well so this needs to actually work.

Absolutely awful customer service. Been trying to do business with them for a week calling everyday. You would think a sales company would want to close out sales. Would rather go pay 2% more on a loan than give them business at this point.

I worked with Heather, from our initial conversation all the way to my payoff being sent, she was responsive, efficient, and hardworking. RefiJet is technology forward, got the entire process done on my phone. I would STRONGLY recommend them to anyone looking to refi. They got me a better term, rate, and told me YES when others told me no. Try and work with Heather - you won’t be disappointed!

I called and gave my information to refinance two of my luxury cars that have high rates and was informed I have several options, I was reluctant to get more inquiries but they insured me I had options available and my income is over 6 figures. An hour later they emailed me back and said it was nothing they could do at all and sorry after the promises and several hard inquiries. My advise is do not use them they lie, go elsewhere.

The representative was available for questions and did not set up unreasonable expectations, but rather walked through the process. It was not stressful and provided the best rates overall and the best experience. I would highly recommend RefiJet to anyone.

I recently looked up the payoff on my 2018 BMW. I’m thinking I’d like to lower my monthly payments so I called the BMW finance department and they transferred my to refijet. I assume BMW has refijet under contract to negotiate such transactions. I spoke to Thom. After providing all the required information he looked up my account. Thom walked me thru my current rates and principal/interest payments. Then he said with a refi, my rate would more than double. And my interest payments would be thousands, compared to a couple hundred if I stayed the course. Now, I know a lower monthly payment is appealing but after Thom broke down the numbers it was clear that keeping my current rate and payment was far better. In fact Thom actually made it so crystal clear I decided to stay the course. Who does this? Obviously someone more concerned with doing what’s right over making a sale. There is no doubt, in my experience, that Thom and the team at refijet are carefully considering the customer over corporate sales. Maybe a refi is right for you but it’s definitely not for me. It was absolutely worth the cal Thank you very much Thom! If/when the time comes I’ll definitely be calling back for any refi needs.

Google, you need to add a few more stars for the type of experience I received from RefiJet and Will Rodriguez. I decided to buy out my BMW lease and RefiJet is the company that does this process for BMW. I was really worried about this process and dreading it. From going in to their app and getting them a photo of the odometer, the registration and insurance ID card, the process took seconds and it was simple. The customer service was better than incredible, representative Will Rodriguez is the type of person that is friendly, extremely informative and makes you feel like he's helping you and really looking out for you. I own 2 businesses and my goal is to hire Will Rodriguez type of employees. There aren't that many out there right now. Will is also a happy employee and praised RefiJet as an incredible company company that hires well and trains even better...his exact words. I was so impressed with the whole experienced that I asked him for RefiJet's stock symbol but he told me that it was a private owned company that treats it's employees like family and makes smarts business decisions. I couldn't agree more. Thank you RefiJet and Will for starting my day so well.

DO NOT USE THEM! Nightmare of an experience. I talked to a lady named Karina in the beginning, she just went over my information, asked what I was hoping to achieve and how I thought they could assist me. Good conversation although she wasn't that helpful in explaining the process, however, I agreed to the hard credit pull and that was the end of my conversation with her. She said someone would be calling me back to let me know if there were any lenders that could refinance my vehicle. I did get a call back, the next day from my insurance company - they were wanting to know why "Shawn" was calling them on my behalf to change some information on my account. I had never even talked to anyone from refijet at this point other than Karina and had no idea who Shawn was. I called and spoke with Shawn who seemed nervous the entire time with a lot of pauses and "uhm's". I told him not to call my insurance company and that I did not agree to anything yet. He said "oh you didn't agree to a hard credit pull?" I said yes, but that doesn't mean that I'm agreeing to go with a change that I'm not even aware of yet. So he verbally gives me the information he has for me and when I asked him to email it to me so I could see it in black and white, he stated that it was against company policy and he could actually lose his job for sending me anything. So basically, I had to agree verbally to the numbers he gave me on the phone FIRST before he could send me any information. This place is BOGUS and they are completely unprofessional. I'm warning you - do not try to refinance a vehicle through them! You will regret it as I did!!

Joe Brand was extremely helpful in the process of refinancing my car for a lower interest rate and as the only signer. He was able to negotiate my interest rate from 9% to 5%, push out my first payment for 90 days, lower my payment by $180 and get me as the only signer. If I had questions, he had answers. Honestly, give this man a raise! He is phenomenal and a definite asset to the company.
