The lady we just had at the branch on Sullivan street was extremely rude and very unprofessional. If you work with public you need to have good work ethic and know how to speak to people. She didnt even look at my sons account before she said "sorry cant help you!" He was going to pay off a loan then apply for a stretch loan which is what the branch manager lady told him two months ago, then this lady said that my son had to get another checking account and have it for three months before he "could even" apply for any loan at Redstone. Then she said once that other loan is paid off he cant apply for nothing for three months. That is not what he was told originally. Yall all need to get your story straight and be on the same page. We will be withdrawing all our money our of our accounts from your bank and take our business elsewhere. If I could have given her a zero she sure deserves it.

Redstone has the best customer service any time I've needed assistance and I can tell that they do treat me like a valued customer. I've been banking with Redstone for over 20 years and they have improved exponentially in that time so far. I am also a big fan of the upgraded ATM/TELLER Drive Thru, especially since the pandemic begin. It allows everyone to remain socially distanced and safe.

I cannot express enough how helpful, kind, understanding, patient, and professional Katilin Woodson was today at Redstone FCU on Sullivan St. I do not have an account here, but my bank (Wells Fargo) made an error when processing money order from Redstone. This caused me a lot of problems and I've been charged a lot of fees for a mistake on their part. I came back here to Redstone to see what they could do to help resolve the problem, and with in no time the problem was resolved with the money order. She was very patient listening to the confusing situation with Wells Fargo, and very kindly and professionally did everything she could do to resolve what they could on their end in a timely manner. Now I'm going back to Wells Fargo to clear up their mistakes, and then I will be closing that account and switching my banking over to Redstone FCU. Thank you for great service. I've been very stressed, worried, and didn't know what I was going to do and they have completely helped ease that stress and burden for me.

I had some problems with unauthorized charges on my account so I went in to seek help. The two ladies that helped me could not have been nicer. Everything was handled and professionally. It took almost no time to get new account number and debit card. Thank you Redstone Federal Credit Union. You alleviated my stress quickly.

Personally I have never had bad service. We have been banking with Redstone for many years. Their modern top of the line technology is outstanding which is consistently being upgraded. Everything can be done online even depositing checks.
