Teresa was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire home buying process. My wife and I built a house and Teresa was there for us every step of the way. Being first time home buyers, we had several questions and issues which she went above and beyond to resolve. We are extremely happy with our mortgage and the service provided to us. I would highly recommend Teresa to anyone in the Huntsville/Madison area.

Teresa did a great job in handling and processing our mortgage. She was knowledgeable and excellent at responding to my repeated requests regarding the latest rate locks. We closed in early November and at closing we found out that the property taxes for the following year would be based on the land value only since Alabama assesses real estate values at the end of October. Right there Teresa had the monthly property tax amount in the mortgage loan papers reduced to reflect the lower property tax. I’ll recommend her to anybody buying a house.
