I have never been treated with such respect at a bank. I wasn't bringing thousands of dollars into the bank just simply opening an account and Theresa made the process very pleasant. She reviewed all the services they have available to our family and even went over my Credit Report with me. I have already sent family to join this CU.

Crappy customer service!!! Says they close at noon on a saturday, I got there at 11:55 because of traffic & I had been calling them for 10 minutes and no one answered the phone! I pull on the door, its locked. Young lady came to the door and was extremely rude. Said "we closed at noon" & it still wasn't noon at this point! I will never visit this branch again!

Tried calling thier office in Pekin 7 times today from 2:00 to 3:30 PM and no answer. This happens all the time. Nobody ever answers the phone. I do not recommend this branch at all. Very bad customer service. If they keep treating thier customers like this, it's only a matter of time before they close the doors in the Pekin branch for good.
